      if i could give 0 stars i would. a week no hot water and a property manager who is very unprofessional and likes to play games. maintenance who has no idea what they are doing. i have tagged and emailed every executive with the company and no assistance with this matter.

      If I could give zero stars I would. My husband did work for this company over two months ago, they have yet to pay him for the job. We have emailed, called, left voicemails and havent gotten any response. This is the biggest scam of a business & by seeing the reviews now, theyve screwed other people too. BEAWARE

      I pay $30 a month for trash when its a dumpster right in front of her complex. They put all these small trash cans out and no one is picking up the trash.It shouldnt be included in the lease if they dont have a dependable company to pick up the trash my son still has to come take my trash out or I take it . We complain and nothing is still done this is a big rip off and something needs to be done .They dont maintain the property well at all but continue to go up on the rent, the gates dont work so why is that even an amenity all of this makes me not want to resign a lease .

      I moved out in May and its August, no security deposit back. And in getting the run around to get it back. First it was the property manager quit then it was I needed to speak to the regional manager then they didnt want to give me their regional managers contact information. When I showed up three weeks consecutively every day, they gave me an email and she does not respond. Theyre quick to charge to 3 months rent to move in though. Run away and dont bother even applying.

      The leasing team at ******************************** has the worst management and communication. They have multiple emails and phone numbers listed, however never respond to any of them. They simply lack professionalism and trying to get an answer will never happen. They kept my security deposit and never informed me of an outstanding balance, whereby I had to find out about it later. For the simple reasons of the poor staff, the apartment complex is old and rundown and has a huge bug problem....DO NOT MOVE HERE.

      I lived in ************************* between 2019-2022. I was consently harrassed and threatned. The manager would ask for money then say disregard. Later I was threatned with eviction from November 2022 till March 8, 2023 when I moved out. I received notices on my door every month for non-payment of rent. Which I paid on time every month. I finally got Section 8 on them for not fixing things. The inspector came in the door and smelled gas from the stove. He asked if I could smell it, but I couldn't. There had been a gas leak the whole three years I had lived there. They are harrassing me a year and a half later for payment over $3,000. I didn't owe anything, I paid for the extra time I had to get out of the apartment. One of the managers I talked to said that would be fine. I have receipts of all of it. I think it is retailation because I told Section 8 about it and they were mad. If they don't fix things in a timely manner I have a right to say something about it. That's the law. I never knew who the management would be every month, the whole three horrible years I was there.There were roaches everywhere. When I moved in I told them about a leak in the snake between the toilet and the wall. They said they would fix it and they didn't for a couple of months. Section 8 told them that they had to take care of the gas leak and they never did. I was breathing the gas since 2019.Sedona Springs Apartments have had many people making complaints against them. I am tired of getting emails and texts from them for money I don't owe. I just want it to stop. I want something done about this. I have tried to contact the owner Dasmen Residential LLC many times. They won't answer their phones and then they tell me to take it up with the management. It's a vicious cycle. I need them to leave me alone.

      Absolutely disgusting ******************. Ive been falsely accused of having a cook out drinking and smoking at the pool and being seen on camera doing it smh. For one I dont drink or smoke I dont own a grill and I dont go outside unless its to take my children to the pool thats finally opened after two years and to go to the store. They sent me and email saying I cant Renew my lease for violating it having the cookout that Im unaware about. When asked can I see the security footage I was told NO because it was confidential. Ive been trying to reach out to corporate and no one ever responds smh I cant afford a lawyer I dont know what else to do. I absolutely hate living out here the maintenance is lazy and dont know how to fix anything I was without ac my first year living here smh. Do not move to any dasmen residentials.

      I reside in ************** Apartments, located in **********, **. ***** I have lived in this unit for 2 years. To begin with, the apartment that I was assigned to was not at all like the apartment that I was shown. Upon my arrival, after hiring a moving company to move me, I entered my unit after 10 p.m. The unit was absolutely filthy, numerous problems and quite disgusting. Nothing has been completed to make unit acceptable. On 2/17/22 a tornado came thru the area, blowing the roof, siding, and attic damage. The roof etc was not repaired until 11/2022. Due to the damage, my unit suffered interior damage which shows my ceiling caving in areas, numerous water stains, bad air quality, dirt,dust etc. Here I am, 15 months later, and my interior issues have not been repaired. I have documented all of this, and have taken pictures and sent all too many times to count to the numerous arrays of PM, with NO results. I was called by the leasing agent, *******, in 4/23 stating that my lease was expiring on 4/5/23 (which isn't true, as I refused to sign same in 3/22 due to all of the ******************* damages) Therefore, I have not been under a lease since 3/26/22. I have now been informed that if I refused to sign a new lease, I would be charged an additional $300 per month. When I paid my rent, on time always, my account balance reflected a balance of $505.00. I sent an email asking if the $300.00 was charged,and what the $205.00 balance is for. I have yet to receive any response. If I am charged the extra $300.00 pet month, I will be paying out more $$ than the current rental rate on a comparable units. DR treats there residents at this property terribly. I have been under constant stress due to these living conditions and I am so tired of their vain promises. I wouldn't rent from this lying and deceitful company. I am currently under a PP care, due to extreme depression and anxiety, and presently suffering from Covid. Someone, PLEASE HELP ME?

      Horrible customer service at *********************** in *** **. Liars. I felt Discriminated against. I would not recommend. She even said they rented the showroom prior to my scheduled appointment
