      I am a single mother with disabled child who I have to wait on hand and foot. I applied at one of your complex on April 1 to move in and its now April 12 I have yet to receive a move in date. Ive paid for the deposit which was $1139. I explained to ******************* how urgent I was that we moved in on this date. She explained to me that the floors need to be fixed which wouldnt take long since she just need the property managers approval. It took a whole week and she didnt even reach out to me. I need someone to help us because we dont have any where to go and weve paid the deposit I have the money for the rent for my apartment but ******************* has no concern for the inconvenience this is on us. Mainly my daughter who expected our home to be ready

      These people are con artists for a lack of better words. I applied for one off hire properties, ***********. In ******** **. Just moved back to the area. Long story short I paid $100 for the app fee and $150 admin fee. After putting in the application we didnt hear anything so we called and called no one ever answers. So we had to keep taking time off of work to checkbox the application. We went in this circle for 2 weeks only for them to tell using was a system error and it hasnt processed yet. I never got an approval or denial nothing. So I told them I just want my money back Ill apply elsewhere. Which I did and got an answer the NEXT DAY from a completely different property. I was told I could get my $100app fee back( even tho it wasnt processed) and it would take 30days to send my $150. She asked me for my address and that was it. 6 weeks later no refund I finally get in touch with someone over the phone for her to tell me they arent refunding anyone anymore. What the h*** Imma single mother who basically got conned out of $250 with nothing to show for it. Every ***** counts for me and thats groceries for us. I still dont have my money and am looking into filing a claim against them. It makes me sick that these pelican just do this. Im not letting them get away with this though. Please stay away from this company almost 2 months later Im still fighting for my money back.

      Dasmen residential and ************ are the worst companies known to renters. The service is out of this world bad and I wish that the company closes down today. I have a mold and bathroom issue to the extent that I cannot use my bathrooms, and I get no help. When I open a ticket it get closed, I have no bathroom to use for 2 weeks now and my bathroom has had major leaks for 6 months. I am ****** and going insane dealing with these slum lords. PLEASE HELP!

      Terrible Apartments. The management doesn't show up for work and always tells you there from another property as if there telling you its not their problem, there are ton of insects and problems with the A/C, trash is everywhere on the property and they refuse to fix the oil spill in the back of the complex which is on of the biggest concerns about the property, they tow our car the first week were here but refuse to tow 6 no running vehicles that just sit in parking spaces for months.

      I moved into my apartment last month and have not bad co consistent air conditioning. The air conditioner did not work when i did a walk through 2 weeks before. I called everyday and was told someone was coming to fix it that day. I received my keys and noticed the air still did not work. I was told the air would be fixed the day i was moving in. I moved in and noticed my hot water did not work or my bathroom sink. It took a week before someone came and fixed those things. Had to purchase a window unit until my ac was fixed. I returned the unit when it was fix because i couldn’t afford to keep it and i thought everything was okay. When it was fixed it only lasted a week before it was not working again, a maintenance man came and fixed it the second time and notice that the air conditioner may have a leak somewhere and if it stopped working the unit may need to be replaced. A week later the air stopped working again, the 3rd maintenance guy could not tell me what was wrong with the unit. I came home Friday and notice the whole ac unit was gone. I have been staying in my home with no ac for 2 weeks now. I have no where to go because i have no family here so i have been suffering in the heat. I tried calling the corporate office for over a month now and have not received a phone call back.
