Oh my gosh talk about arrogant sales man that english man wanted to tell me I was giving him attitude because I did not want to agree to to a ****** plus quote he was getting upset telling my husband he was losing out because i did not want to agree to sign a contract he was rude and had so much attitude be very careful of him if you do not want to commit he gets so pushy.ATTYX LLC

I wasn't happy with the solar system because they deceived me in every possible way. He told me I would get one bill for the 1st floor and basement, that was a lie. I asked multiple people including the electrician and they all said both floors will have solar. He said my installment would be $150 a month for 1st floor and basement, again that's a lie, the installment is around $450 a month plus basement and $30 for 1st floor. He said I would get $3300 check from the IRS to buy a car or go on vacation or pay down on your installment, sounds good right, absolutely yea. Again he's good at conning people, you only can get back that money in tax credit. So after all those lies the main office misinformed me for months, saying I'm qualified for remote crediting and again that's a lie. So how can SUNCO SOLAR get away with all these misrepresentation of facts, and deceiving ppl into signing a contract. There must be some sort of recourse we can take.. A ZERO STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS COMPANY.......ATTYX LLC

Regarding the $3,300 check from the **** we apologize if there was any confusion. This amount is associated with State and Federal Tax Credits. From your contract, the Federal Tax Credit was around $16,003 and the State Tax Credit was $5,000. If you do not qualify for these tax credits, it is not an issue caused by SUNco, as these credits are external to our company. In case you are unable to utilize the Tax Credits in the current year, you can carry them over to the next year.
We genuinely value your feedback and would be more than happy to speak with you personally to address your concerns and find a solution that satisfies both parties. Kindly provide ** with a current utility bill, which will allow ** to access the eligibility of your property for a split meter system. This will help ** determine if overproduction of power due to lower consumption exists, thus making you eligible for a split meter.

Hello, There was no misunderstanding,he knowingly lied in my face. He said I would get a $33,000 rebate check, that he said I can buy a car or go on vacation or pay it towards the installation cost. If he had said a tax credit I would definitely said no Im not interested. He said 1 st floor and basement would be combined into one bill, and my monthly installment payment would be around $150 a month if I paid that 33k rebate check on my installation cost, and my electric bill would be around zero. So my 1st floor was about $75 a month and basement was about the same and now I was looking at about $450 a month payments and still having an electrical bill. I had to get auto pay to get it to $350 a month. So again he lied to me every step of the way and say its a misunderstanding. Lets get something straight if he had told me only the first floor would be covered and my monthly payment would be around $350 a month and I would be getting a $33k tax credit I would have told him to get the h*** out of my house. I noticed many costumers complaining about the same issues as me. We all see what these sales rep. are doing, misrepresenting the facts so they can get your signature. Im still waiting for Sunco to make this right , this is not affordable to me.C. H.

I am only giving this one star because I can;t give zero stars! Very unprofessional! Came at 8:30pm to install new gutters on the roof. Who does roof work in the dark???. They did not even have the gutters!! Did a incomplete roof job...and then installed the solar panels so low that workers could not fix or install the gutters. My contract is $6000 higher than all my neighbors on the block! They are not reliable and hold you in a delirious contract!! STAY AWAY FROM SUNCO!! SAY NO GO SUNCO!!Corporate office gives you the run around!! THEY ****!!ATTYX LLC

I can see they are working great a producing an immense amount of solar energy for you. So far you have produced a whopping 5.81MWh (megawatts).
Regarding the pricing of your contract, we would like to emphasize that our pricing is based on a variety of factors, including the specific requirements of each project, the quality of materials used, and the professional expertise we offer. Our SUNco professionals had to factor in a lot of extra work on your house in comparison to your neighbors. SUNco's professional technicians had to redo your gutters, facia, and capping. In addition, we had to factor in complete removal and replacement of your plywood. While there may be variations in pricing between different projects, we always strive to provide our customers with competitive and fair pricing. We apologize if this was not adequately communicated to you during the sales process.

1 starThe representative/salesman **** omitted pertinent information regarding the approval process for the solar panels. He basically made it seem as if this was a government program to help homeowners go green. He laid out all the incentives and purposely neglected the cost of the solar panels and the balance that we would need to cover via a loan/financing. My family member asked **** directly how would this affect his credit. **** said that it's just to get approved for the program. So it's just a credit check. We didn't find out about the loan until several weeks later via ******** credit alert. Not once in our conversation was my family informed about any loan. And the other issue is we discussed nor received the terms for any loan and the numbers don't match. The pay off is about $50k and the loan shows on the credit report as $61k. Huge discrepancy. And another issue of misrepresentation is the fact that **** stated that we would be receiving the new invector panels which are better because they produce more power with less panels. And that was not so. Everything that this representative said turned out to be the exact opposite of what Sunco actually did. May I mention that my family already had solar and only went with the program to get the free roof as Sunco advertised. I am very upset that this ****** says whatever he has to to get business. My family could have applied for a loan way less than $61k to get a completely new roof for a cost of $12k-$25k. And may I add that the roof replacement does not include the gutters. I don't want anyone else to go through the headache and stress that **** and Sunco Solar has brought upon my family. Please beware of these scammer's.Review fromstephanie j

not good people, bad news, misinformted about cancellation, reps LIE and are not reprimanded, once you **** you are not able to "ger out" even when you did your part , was in a grace ******** nd was told differently froom their **** **** nothing and wait till you feel safe to do business with this type of company. False advertisement about roof warranty when they get there they want toswindle you out of even being able to get warratny for your roof. NOT PROFESSIONAL OR TRUSTWORTHY, STAY AWAY!! they also will file loan on your credit without properly informing you on this.ATTYX LLC
