METRO MATTRESS IS DISHONEST!
If you are in the market for a *********** mattress I suggest going to Metro mattress and try out their complete line of sample mattress’s AND THEN BUY DIRECTLY FROM ***********. We purchased a *********** mattress in Metro Mattress and were misled by the store into thinking we had 30 days to return the mattress when in fact you cannot return a *********** mattress to Metro Mattress if you are unsatisfied with it. BUY DIRECTLY FROM ***********. IF THEY CAN’T RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE THEY WILL RETURN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE MATTRESS

This place is a joke I would never recommend you ever using them. they sold me a mess up bed for 3500 and the base had holes in it and the bed had a stain. The Original manager Craig was absolutely no help when it came to getting another bed a lot of broken promises 3 weeks later. I'm still up with the same bed. I would definitely never recommend using this company. This is the worst company I've ever used in my life. This happen in Manchester ct I'm gonna complain to all ur store. By the way, the c e o is not Existing to handle any management decisions... a number hold on. To resolve the issue, it's always some beating around the Bush thing.Metro Mattress Corp.

On Aug. 26th 2023 at approximately 2:00pm a very close personal friend of mine went to Metro Mattress at the *** ******** Blvd. location in Camillus looking for a new mattress. After discussing price, availability etc. he took one of the salesman's business cards, stated he would discuss the matter further with his wife and return. The salesman then snatched the business card of out his hand and stated, "These business cards are for paying customers". And as if that wasn't egregious enough, he further went on to request he "Get out of his store". When questioned about his behavior the salesperson then proceeded to call the police on this 50+ year old upstanding businessman who barely speaks above a whisper. While on the phone with the police the salesperson was quite clear to point out that the person he wanted removed was "Pakistanian". But it didn't stop there he then proceeded to take pictures of my friend's vehicle. I still can't imagine why on earth the salesman did that. The store has video surveillance, I am confident that security footage will prove this treated was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. I will NEVER shop at Metro Mattress ever again and will share this story every opportunity I get.Metro Mattress Corp.

The customer was aggressive towards the salesperson and the police were called and a report was filed. Supervisors were contacted and Human Resources were involved in order to protect the salesperson. As a second party and not the persons involved. 1 starWould not send my worst enemy to this so called mattress store. My girlfriend and I went to the Greece, NY location to look at mattresses and adjustable bed frames. Spoke to a sales representative named Gabby, who was very pleasant and helpful. We left the store telling Gabby we wanted to talk it over the products she presented us with. She said this would be fine. We returned several days later, and Gabby was not available, so we spoke with the supposed store manager named Mark.Right off the bat, we found Mark to be quite pushed really wanted to make a sale. To make a long story short,my girlfriend purchased a top of the line Tempurpedic mattress and I purchased a top of the line Spring Air mattress. My girlfriend payed cash for her bed, and I financed my bed and a adjustable base. Our beds were delivered on 2 different dates. My girlfriend had no problems with her delivery. Not so with mine! The day of my delivery it was raining, so we asked delivery people if they could please wear overshoe booties to protect our floors. The person who was in charge of the delivery immediately took an attitude with us and said they didn't have any booties. Next, we asked them to please NOT to take the plastic overwrap off the mattress until they got it into the bedroom. This caused more agitation. The driver then called his boss and told him we were giving him a hard time. This absolutely was not the case. The driver said he was not going to deliver the mattress and took it back to the truck. We called Metro mattress and spoke to Gabby and explained the situation in detail, and she told us I will not be responsible for the mattress. The driver left the mattress cover,so I called and talked to Gabby and she told me to just return it and would not be charged. I called back again today and spoke to Mark, who told me I indeed was going to be charged for the cover,that my girlfriend and I were both racists and were never allowed, nor to ever call HIS store again!! 5 starsMy visit to Metro Mattress Clifton Park was well worth my time, as I was able to not only find an excellent bed within my budget, but the salesperson, Krys, worked with me to educate me on the differences and find the right product for me, without pressuring me into the high end featured luxury items. Got a great deal with some free stuff, cant say no to that! I will absolutely be recommending this location to anyone who mentions they are on the lookout for a new bedReview fromBill N

1 starI purchased a ********* Euro Spring Air mattress in February 2022. I paid over over $3200 including the adjustable bed. In May of 2022 I developed a sagging center. I woke up every morning in a canyon due to the center collapsing. It seemed like it took forever for someone to come to my home to look at my problem. They finally replaced the mattress and now I am experiencing the same problem with the new one. I read reviews on this mattress and many people have experienced the same problem. I notified Metro mattress in Cicero New York about the problem it’s been almost Two months since I have heard from anyone. Again, I am stuck with a mattress with a sinking center. This mattress is nothing but a piece of junk and has a major defect but no one will admit it now I’m stuck sleeping in another canyon I even sent an email to spring air company. I have not heard from anyone to me. I personally think no one works there or even cares. I should have got an answer from someone right now I’m waiting and hoping to get my third mattress I wouldn’t recommend Metro mattress to anyone if this is the way, they handle their problems I was told at the store that they only have one representative who handles all their warranty work for all their stores. That is one poor excuse for a business maybe if somebody who works there Sees this review will help me out with my problem. 5 starsBefore I went to metromattress, I did a lot of research and shop around multiple stores, I was super confuse with so many options, Zack and Adam have a very different and also on top a very simple process, to find me a perfect mattress for my needs. 1 starThere isn't enough space to tell you the entire story including the timeline. The short version is: I bought the mattress in January, they said they would deliver it the next day. They didn't. I called they said they would deliver it Thursday, they didn't. I called again and asked for my money back, the manager offered discounts that I refused. He agreed to refund the money, then didn't. I called again, the clerk said she was looking at the refund slip in her hand and to give it 3-5 days to show up on my card. It didn't show up. I went back to the store, the clerk said they couldn't have refunded it because they don't keep credit card information on file and she couldn't refund it. So I'm disputing it with the credit card company. All this has taken place over a 2 month period and I'm still waiting on the refund. Never once in has the company reached out to me, the only communication between us has been initiated by me. I don't understand how they are still in business but recommend avoiding this company if at all possible.Review fromSuzzie L

1 starI do not recommend and will never recommend any one go to go buy anything from metro mattress. We bought an 8k bed on Veterans Day in 2021, and the salesman promised us and told us that our loan servicer was for 2 years, interest free as long as it was paid in two years. Well, we were about to have it paid off by the end of the first year, when we got a charge for $1600.00 in interest fees from *******. We called *******, and the refused to help us. We called metro mattress and they told us the salesman got fired/no longer worked for them. They listened to our story and insisted they would have a manger return a call. Weeks my fiancé waited he would call again, and would be told they would call back and never did. Finally he got a hold of their manager where she explained that this ex salesman gave us a different loan, which is why it was only 1 year loan, not two like the salesman told us. Frankly he chose not to tell us, because we were very firm with not having a loan under 2 years, and he wanted to make his commute selling a bed. We continued to tell the manager we were very frustrated and asked them to help fix this issue, they refused and said they would reach out to someone else and call us back. It’s been over a month if not longer, still no call. I don’t expect one because every time my fiancé called them, they couldn’t have the decency to call us back. So with that, they should be held accountable for this ex employees lies, and scams, after we paid 8k now almost 10k if not already, for a bed. We are very upset at the lies, and scam and money that they caused us. They can not be trusted with their deals, and their employees do not have any decency to return phone calls. I will continue to keep people away from metro mattress, since they wouldn’t hold accountability for their ex employees actions. Will not recommend and will never return.Review fromSavi S
