I found Green Acres, caring, friendly, yet professional. You can't fake "sincerity", kindness . I thought the place was very clean, which I always look for at any facility. I was bullied into getting anything done that I didn't think I wanted/needed to be done. Everyone from the vet assistants to the were excellent in their communications, kept us updated.

Very friendly staff. They explained everything going on with my dog. When I came to take her home, they explained all the medication and what it was for.

The team that cared for our puppy after his injury was very polite, kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough in their care and examination of him. The concern for our puppy's health and well-being was noted and appreciated... We are thankful that Green Acres has a walk in emergency room as we were turned away from many other areas so called emergency veterinary offices .

Smooth check in, great tech, vet was awesome. She explained everything and answered my questions. Water and coffee was a nice treat. Smooth check out. That the cost of the visit was communicated before check out.

This emergency vet service was the worst experience ever.
The priority here is clearly money. Immediately you are charged $165 just to walk in the door. Which is completely fine. Then you are charged again just for the "diagnosis". I was charged $1,800 that time, which was basically for an x-ray and some IV fluids. Then again charged you are are charged for the "treatment". It was another $500 in my case for an enema and some medicine which they claimed my cat would have to be on FOREVER. Extremely misleading and predatory practice to make THREE different transactions.
The cost was exorbitant. It’s clear that your staff has been informed not to react to the shock of costs to clients. There’s zero compassion and mostly dead stares when talking about cost. They push the **** ****** card, which I had to get.
In the end, there’s just no way to justify $2,500 for a constipated cat. Yes, that was his diagnosis. And the most insane part is that they recommended he stay overnight which was quoted as an *additional* ballpark figure of $3,000!!! To watch my cat take a dump. They claimed he would be sick and have diarrhea from the enema, nope never happened. He was totally fine and the medicine they said he'd have to be on forever? Not necessary one single bit. He's completely fine.
A quick look at the Google reviews show many have the same issues with price gouging. I am just supremely disgusted at the whole thing and I just could never, ever recommend this place to a single soul. Please don't bother with the canned response, it just makes you look worse, if that is even possible.

My experience is at all cost go anywhere but this clip joint. They know when you go in the door with an emergency you will do about anything to try to save your beloved pet. I understand emergency care is expensive, but these bandits are price gouging and using your pets as tools to rob you. Then once you have signed your life away they go to charging $60. For a simple b/p check every time they do it. Over $425. A day for your pet just to be there. If I V fluids are needed $113. Per bag. This only costs about $4. Per bag. $330. A day to have an ecg monitor per day. If your pet has to have a foley catheter it is $100. A day. $48. Per day for someone to examine your pet. This along with other charges an drugs which are being way over priced. Quickly got to almost $40,000.00 which they quickly took off about $17,000.00 to attempt to make themselves look better. But as i see it they don't care about anything but $$$$$$$$. I am only leaving 1 star because I can't leave zero stars

Green Acres saved the life of our dog with a total doggy blood transfusion! If we had waited 2 more hours, he would NOT have made it ! Very professional and knowledgeable! We have never had any problems and will always take our 2 dogs to them !

I felt the bill was steep $1600. My dog is feeling better though, for which I very much appreciate. I pray he continues to recover 100%.
