Fast service & exam for my dogs emergency. Explained everything thoroughly and we knew the costs up front. Caring & knowledgeable staff.

Dr. H and his Vet tech took good care of girl. Very professional and friendly. Dr. H explained the treatment plan and the Vet Tech went over the directions for home care. I question the office fee even before my cat was seen though.
The front desk staff were engaging and very nice. A beautiful first impression of the building. Professional staff.

This place has been reported to the Attorney General’s office today for price gouging. Took our dog in Sunday after she cut herself in the backyard. Superficial wound. Best recommended care was sedation and stitches. They quoted us 1900 to fix it (a 4 cm cut). When we declined that “estimate” we were asked by the vet tech “what amount would we feel comfortable paying”. My dog is NOT a car I am negotiating price on. We asked to receive outpatient instructions to take care of the wound until the morning when we could get into our vet. After 45 mins, that vet NEVER came back into the room. We left, after paying a POINTLESS 155 dollar visit fee (they did nothing). On Monday morning we went to our vet, which unfortunately didn’t have the time that day to stitch her up but called ahead for us to the Vet ER on Genesee. In less than two hours our dog was stitched up for 691 dollars. We were quoted TRIPLE that at green acres. That is every definition of price gouging and I hope the AG recognizes that. Even better: after calling and emailing this practice and their “manager” Christa, she refused to refund our fee, and said they charge so much more because “they provide better care”. She said that to my husband. I haven’t been able to get her on the phone since. Next stop: news stations channel 2 and 4. They should be fined and shut down.

worst decision coming to this place. my sons dog cut 2 paws running outside. my son told the doctor immediately that his dog could not be given anesthesia because of a weak heart. if given anesthesia and have the wounds sutured the cost would be $2900. the technician came back in the room 4 separate times with various estimates for treatments. as my son told her what he wanted done she muttered an expletive as she was leaving. finally after 2 and a half hours we were given our dog back with a bill of over $600. no stitches to close the wounds. we were given 4 bottles of pills which 1 antibiotic for 7 days cost $112. i wouldn't take a hamster there. this place is a money grab. what ever happened to treating an animal with love over money. just disgraceful.

DON'T GO HERE!!! The vet literally killed my dog *****. Not only did she not believe his regular vet's diagnosis but caused him to bleed to death internally. She also charged me almost $200 for a shot of antibiotics that wasn't made to treat anything but skin infections. So that wasn't going to help my pup in any way. She is COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE for the death of *****. They only want money and truly DON'T care about our babies.

I gave them a review which I regret. Exactly one year from my review of 9-25-23, my beloved cat **** died. Five days before the monstrous "Dr." Amanda G****** so-called "specialist" prescribed a medications n for my cat even though the lab results were upper limits of NORMAL. **** immediately stopped eating, never ate again. And where was G***** through this torturous episode? Nowhere to be seen. They wanted thousands of dollars to hospitalize ****. I had been off work with a broken arm and could not pay it. This was their fault but they still demanded payment. **** died five days later . She was in a ject misery and I had to call Lap of Love to have her put to sleep. My beloved ****. Both G***** and B***** washed their hands of ****. I have heard numerous complaints of this place since then. There is a huge turnover of staff. No one stays. This place cares only about the Almighty Dollar. I wish I could give them ZERO stars

I wish I could give 0 stars. I took my cat for her regualer exam. She was prescribed antibiotics. The technician ( who the staff decline to give me her name, but i know what she looks like) then return to the room with the medication and reviewed instructions I was told to give 1 pill when we got home and then start the twice a day dose the next day and thats what I did. I gave her the medication as directed. Shortly after I noticed that my cat was throwing up and choking. I instantly looked at the medications and noticed that the technician gave me two different millogram tablets leading to my cat being over medicated. On top of me paying for 28 pills and only being given 18 pills.. Then I find out they are charging dispensing fees that are not listed as a seperate charge on the invoices. This is a very very big mistake that had been made. Im not sure how you give someone two different millograms of pills that are already in a pre foil pack. My pet was fine before taking her in for her appointment now she is not eating. I spoke with Melissa the practice manager who basically seemed nonchalant like she could have cared less about how serious the situation is. I was offered another exam at the expense office, then she tells me I would be responsible for expenses of more medication. Everything should be covered by the office due to this whole incident being from the negligence of the technician. I asked Melissa if I could speak with the owner of the practice and was denied. Please be careful when taking your pets there. Check any medication you are given so your pet doesn't end up like mine.

At the recommendation of my vet, brought my dog into the emergency clinic. While the staff was nice and seemed caring, that’s where it ended. They took my dog from me at the front desk while I did paperwork. Charged me $750 upfront. Then they came in and told me what they felt was wrong. Wanted to do bloodwork and take an x-ray. Fine. Brought me the estimate and it was around $1100. I asked if that included the $750 I already paid and was told yes. Fine. The tests came back and they wanted to hospitalize him overnight, fluids, more tests and maybe an ultrasound. Estimate of $4000-4500. No way. Asked if I could pay $3000. No way. She said she would go talk to the dr. Over 30 minutes later comes back and says they’re sending him home on meds, us giving him fluids and follow up with our vet. $1300. Asked if that included the $750. Told yes. Fine. Give her 15 minutes and she’ll be back with my dog. Over an hour later, some girl comes in with my dog and says we’re free to leave. I go to the counter to pay expecting to pay about $600 more. Nope. $1100. Said no, the paper I signed said it was around $1300 including the $750. She said no, I owed $1800…with the $750 off it was the $1100. I told her that was never explained to me and not what I signed for and it was extremely deceptive…which it is. It’s a bait and switch. NOWHERE did I sign off on paying $1800!!! I will be calling the manager tomorrow. Shame on you for taking advantage of people like this.
