Worse place ever. Took our puppy to our vet because she was not eating. Our vet took exrays said she need to have surgery. He couldn't do it for two days due to it was a Saturday and could not get all the stuff he need until Monday. So he refured us to a couple places. This was as he put it the last place but we where desperate. Our vet sent all the exrays and stuff to them. My wife called and talked to the to make sure they could do it and see a rough idea of price. They said they could if we got there which is over n hour drive. She slso said we have x amount of money that day as it was a Saturday and would they be able to work with us we could get the rest but not until Monday. She was told it was not a problem so she raced over an hour for them to look at exrays our vet took and tell her it was going to be a lot more than original told and we had to have it all up front before they would do surgery. If I would have known that would have waited for my vet to do it Monday. I have a lot of words to describe this place but none are kid friendly so I will keep them to myself. All I will say is karma is a real thing and she is one mean and vindictive mistress.
P.S. sorry to everyone for it being so long but thought it important for people to know
Can't wait for the hate comment to come rolling in

If I could give negative stars I would. Don't go there. My cat was having trouble peeing later at night, so I though he may have a blockage. I was told by another clinic I had to take him to Green Acres or ******* ****. Green Acres is closer to me. I was hesitant to take him there because of the bad reviews I had heard but couldn't chance waiting. My cat did finally pee once he was there for several hours and had to stay the night. The original estimate they gave me was over $5,200. Since he did go pee on his own it ended up being $2,500, which is ridiculously high. I had the same thing done to another cat of mine there 8 years ago and the total bill was less than $350. My cat came home with 4 meds. I gave him them and then looked at his one med and thought the dose was too high. It turned out to be 6x the dose it was supposed to be. When I called to question them about it they tried to dismiss me and say it was correct. I insisted they check with the vet. I had to call back again because I didn't hear back. She was going to dismiss me again until I insisted. Finally they realized it was a mistake. The only thing they wanted to do was give me the correct prescription for free and then subject my cat to bloodwork and x-rays to prove there was no damage from the high dosage. I had consulted with a vet pharmacy that said if he was acting fine there wouldn't be any repercussions from the high dosage. I wanted a refund on my bill and not subject my cat to the stress of a car ride and tying up my time but they refused and that was all they would offer me.
All they care about is the money. I was told the owner was the one who made this decision, which I think is ridiculous and will never go back there again.

Would give zeros stars if possible.
I brought a cat I rescued here to find out what was wrong and provide her with any care that was necessary. After an exam, bloodwork, antibiotics, flea and tick medication, and a deworming that totaled $826, I was told the cat was well on her way to recovering and I should have no concerns. I even made her a follow up appointment for 4 weeks to check in on her bloodwork.
I was not told there were any risks for her, I was not told there was anything that was life threatening. I was assured over and over again that she was going to be okay. Not even 12 hours later, my cat was dead. When I called extremely upset, they insisted that they didn’t do anything that would have caused her death. I find it interesting that they jumped to insisted they didn’t do anything to cause the death, but I quite literally paid them to prevent sickness or death. She was brought here to find out what was wrong and provide treatment.
They called me this week to tell me the cat must have had underlying issues, so they would not refund me. They had no sympathy, just simply that it was a decision that had been made. If I paid for an exam, and they missed something on the exam, I am struggling to see how they don’t believe they did anything wrong. I will be suing.

3-21-23 my dog had a yearly check up. We were told by Dr. B she sounds great! Even had extra blood work to make sure she’s was good. Even though I said she had collapsed twice the two weeks before. There was no concern. 3-29-23 rushed in as she collapsed again. I gave Dr. B (male) my girl standing up with her tail wagging and he said several times she needed to stay. 5 nights. I got her back not able to walk or stand and had not eaten for 6 days. No nourishment while she was there. She was on at least 8 medications and I was told one more night stay as he wanted to start her on new antibiotic. They never gave it to her till I picked her up next night as I was told by dr on duty!! My dog never recovered. He body started shutting down with in two days of being home from lack of water and food. She was dehydrated. I called for help and was told by receptionist that they are an emergency vet snd someone would get back to me in a few days. I explained she was not eating and needed help. My precious girl died on April 12th as her body was shutting down! I have no words! I have documentation of all of this !!! Doctor especially the one Dr. that told me she was doing better has not called me. That was a big sign, they, he did not care! My dog did not eat for so many days in their care and was giving back to me sick. My daughter begged me to stop going here as my dogs primary vet even left. She begged me and I still took my dog because I thought they cared! Every day I would get a call for more money till I paid $6000. My dog had a well check up when I told Dr. b she had collapsed and there was no concern. They failed! I believed in them. I believed they were doing what was best and she came back to me very sick. Never! Was I told she was in bad shape. I was told she was doing better

I paid 700$ to green acres emergency vet for them to tell me the cancer test they ran on my dog was inconclusive because they didn't get enough of the specimen. So basically they just told me they can't confirm or deny if he has cancer. This place is horrible and they charged me for a service with inconclusive results. So now I'm out of 700 dollars and don't know for sure if my dog has cancer.

I took a dog there I had just took in. They kept the dog for tests, did surgery and sent him home. I was told the dog was stable and doing good. I bring him home and he's falling everywhere and walking Into walls. I bring him back Sunday morning and was told they are sorry no one informed me he is blind. The falling all over was apparently from the anesthesia. Go back home the dog is still falling over won't stay still falling on his stitches on his stomach and walking Into things. Next morning I find him seizing and foaming from the mouth. My husband takes him back to green acres and says to stabilize the dog and he's not paying another dime (we already paid $9500) they take the dog in back put my husband and mom in a room and a vet comes to speak with them. He's telling her what is happening and showing her videos of the dog and what has been happening and about 20 mins in he asked if the dog was stabilized. The vet said no he's in back seizing bc my husband didn't clarify apparently that he wanted to dog stable. He went and made the payment for $380 to euthanize the dog at this point and the vet finally agrees this dog will not get better. Now we request the files on our dog and find put he was not fine, May have had something neurological with him, he's not responsive dragging his legs and dr b******** had told us he was doing good and hes good for surgery. Another vet also noted about the possible blindness in the notes and also stayed "did not discuss with owner" I would have never put this dog thru surgery and made him worse and completely mentally disabled if I was told what the notes state. This place is inhumane and totally lied to get thousands of dollars not telling me the actual state of my dog. Leading me to believe he's fine and also fine after surgery when in reality this dog was just tortured for 4 days straight before he went thru his awful time waiting on a table to die bc no one had a care about him being stabilized until they were paid.
