      July five Starr repo my truck after I made payment agreement. Talked with Josie she wasn't aware of the agreement. She had me pay one month but fees were over $800. Josie called me a day after I got my car back and I called her back advising her to leave a message my phone was off. Never got a phone call. Now they want to repo my car when I've been asking how much I owe. No communication. They are playing with my life

      I wasn't contacted by this bank until April 17 of this year. I did not receive anything before this letter from the bank. The last time I talked to this bank the car was in the shop for 4 months. I should of been contacted before this car was charged off. Which is preventing me from being able to get another vehicle because it's showing up on my credit as a repossession, which I should of been contacted before this matter was charged off.

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
      WE HAVE HEARD EVERY EXCUSE UNDER THE SUN FROM THIS BANK.
      WE HAVE LOST (2) HOMES BECAUSE WE COULD NOT ACESS OUR MONEY AFTER WE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THE BANK HAS ASKED US TO DO TO GET ACESS TO OUR ACCOUNT.
      THEY HAVE PEOPLE WORKING THERE THAT WILL NOT GO THE EXTRA STEP TO TRY TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS, THE EMPLOYESS LIE TO CUSTOMERS AND YOU HAVE MANAGMENT THAT WILL NOT MAKE THIS RIGHT FOR US. I HAVE MISSED TIME OFF WORK TRYING TO DEAL WITH THIS BANK AND THE STRESS IT HAS CAUSED ME AND MY HUSBAND WHO ALREADY HAVE HEALTH ISSUES IS BEYOND WORDS !

      The bank never contacted me or made any attempts to contact me either via phone or email. ck if there was a call that i missed he ignored the question and diverted back to screaming at me. I will be speaking with a lawyer to see if there's a case on my behalf because you cannot bully and scream at your customers until they're in a state of panic because it makes you feel better about yourself. I also feel there have been many laws broken and if this is how your representatives speak to customer I wish my car loan had never been serviced through you people. I should have stuck with servu credit union and paid the extra half a percent if I knew I'd be harassed by five star bank for getting behind by one month, and making steps towards getting caught back up after 5 major deaths in my life and an emergency surgery for my cat. As you can see in my call log and email there was zero contact from five star bank after february so this james should be punished from lieing. He also claimed it was my fault that he couldn't see I had called already to speak with someone.

      On 3/30/24 my car was reposed at 7 am. I did not receive any notification via email, mail, or phone call that I was past due on my car note balance. My car note is 488 and I paid $750 assuming I was paying ahead. I was notified in February I was late and paid an additional payment mid-February. I called the bank immediately and have only been given a voicemail belonging to Josie. It is 10:30 am 4/1 and I have left 3 voicemails and still do not know the balance of what I owe. There are several posts regarding this same issue and apparently the same representative Josie. Has anyone received any further explanation, resolve or a possible solution. This business is clearly practicing predatory and malicious acts toward its consumers.
