The computer repair service from Microsec was phenomenal and they took very good care of my computer. I would highly recommend them that as a small business they have such a dedicated team handling customer's request six days a week. I was impressed with the way Jude responded to my request for help with my *** Mini computer today. From his quick response to my call until we finished three hours later, he not only solved the problem I was calling about, but also cleaned my computer and eliminated many excess and unnecessary functions I had accumulated over several years. He believes and practices a policy of spending the necessary time to fix all of the client's issues at that time, and he is polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable and the most personable support person I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
