I found MicroSec on ********* and hired them to help me with some frustrating spreadsheet issues I couldn’t solve on my own. We recently went through a possible security breach on our Desk Top computer. Mr. J***, from MicroSec, Waterford, NY, was very responsive and performed a thorough examination of our computer. Mr. J*** also did an analysis of the event providing suggestions of new computer software and technics to minimize future threats. Mr. J*** was very professional and has a great personality. Additionally, Mr. J*** conducted a follow up of the event and services. I will refer MicroSec to others in the future and will continue to use them should I need additional IT support.MicroSec

I had an emergency computer failure that needed immediate attention. Within minutes, the MicroSec tech was working on my computer remotely. He was able to fix numerous issues, and my computer works better than ever!MicroSec
