I ordered a product in Sept. 2024 (the website indicated that the product was available). My card was charged immediately. Later I was informed the product was not yet available. I canceled the order in December 2024 and requested a refund. Since then I have emailed them roughly every month. I always get a response that my check is in the mail, or it has already arrived. I ordered a cleaning product on 3/14/25 and they charged my debit card immediately for $42.90. It didn’t arrive when stated, I emailed, they said it was out of stock but would be back shortly. I checked at a later date, they said soon. Since then I have emailed several times asking for status, all of which went unanswered. I finally sent an email requesting a refund, still no response. I sent a 2nd refund request, saying I would contact the BBB if they didn’t respond. I said I’d wait 3 days to do that, but today I tried calling and they have a recorded message that in the end recommended I email. Clearly this is not getting me anywhere and I decided to forego my 3-day wait before contacting you. All I want is my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Teeter Popper on 12/3/2025 for my Grandaughter for Christmas. The money was taken out of my bank account via my PayPal account in the amount of $45.95. I have been in contact with them to have my order cancelled. They asked me in several emails if I wanted it cancelled elled and I have responded each time asking them to give me my money back and they have not credited me. I just sent them a scathing request to return my money again today. At this point it is the principal behind their business. In November 2024 I ordered a mop from this company. It was not sent and I received an email saying it was on back order. Over the next several months it was never sent and all communication was vague. I requested a refund, they said they would refund my card, but never did. Package not arrived.
I called there business to get a tracking update but the no answer , the line instantly hangs up.
I then try to send an email to [email protected] via the contact page of the simplygoodstuff.com website

10/25/24 Ordered 2 pkgs streak free cleaning cloth. Total price charged was $12.45. They committed to deliver 2 packages with 3 cloths. I have been in contact with customer service asking when I will receive. The first response said they were out of stock. More than 30 days later they told me they were in stock again and they would shortly be giving me a tracking number. After another 30 days I asked for my money back and they said they can’t refund when it’s in the process of shipping. Last communication was 12/16/2924. Very sorry for the unusual delay in shipping. We are normally much faster, and do we regret any inconvenience as a result of the long wait for your order to arrive. Upon checking, it does look like your order has shipped out at this point, so you can expect that it will arrive to you within the next couple of days. You should be able to find a separate email with your tracking number and a link to track the package, and you can expect deliver via the Post Office. I placed an order for a PVA mop and a few other of the same type of product on February 14, 2024. Nothing showed as being unavailable when I ordered. The credit card was processed on the same day. Nothing was sent so I tried calling. No one answers the phone, so I emailed them and was told they were back ordered and I would be kept updated. I wasn't. So back to emails only to be told 1-2 weeks. NOT! Now I'm being told a refund has been approved and I should have received it by November 21, 2024. I now realize I have been scammed and they never intended to send anything whether it be products or refund. I doubt if they ever send a check it will be legitimate at this rate. It's now been 10 months and I have nothing to show for it. I waited too long to ask my credit card folks to see if they could help get my refund and they say because I was too trusting and patient their "time limit" window has since passed. My research showed the home office is most likely in Shanghai China, and my ****** search doesn't show an actual building Suite with their name. Any info or advice from you all would be most helpful. We have been in constant contact with this customer once this problem was brought to our attention. After much back-and-forth, it did result in a mutual decision for a refund via check by mail. At this point the check has been mailed, and should have been received by the customer. I received your letter and am happy to inform you that "SimplyGoodStuff" finally, after 10 ½ months, finally sent me a check for my full purchase amount, on December 23, 2024. I took it to my bank, and they tried to verify the information on the check to make sure it was legitimate, because I didn't recognize the name of the bank and there wasn't much information about the bank's name. My banker even tried to speak with someone and finally got through the system. The person that answered would not give my banker any information one way or the other about the check's validity. My banker said she would contact me if there was any issue with depositing the check. My only regret is I did not photocopy the check for my records.
Thank you for going to bat for me on this, because otherwise I would probably never have had my money refunded. I truly felt after reading others' stories this company plays it out until the person just gives up and fades away.Initial Complaint

I had purchased an item for Christmas 2023. The product was out of stock. After several months of not getting the product I asked to cancel and get a refund (on 2/21/2024). This complaint is a follow up on my original complaint with BBB #********. I was sent an email on 10/9/24 from BBB requesting to know if I was satisfied with action taken by Simply Good Stuff. Due to Hurricane Milton I did not receive this e-mail until much later and I was notified by BBB that the case was closed. I have still not received the product I ordered or a refund of the amount I paid $43.90.. At this point I would just like to receive a refund.
