I ordered products on July 28, 2024. As os November 1, I have not received anything and requested my money refunded. It's not a lot but I don't have a lot. This company is a scam. The should be shut down. Phone number doesn't work. Wish I would have checked Facebook first and seen they have Scammed a lot of people.Customer Answer

I received my order from Simply Good Stuff and contacted them on 8/12 to notify them of problems with my order (broom handle was broken and they sent the incorrect bath mat).
They told me the mat I ordered was out of stock and asked if I wanted to keep the one they sent for a discounted price. I told them I did not wish to keep it and I would like them to send a call tag so it could be picked up at their expense. They offered to send a new broom handle, and I said ok.
Since then, their communication has been extrememly bad sometimes going days without responding to me. Ive asked for the call tag on 3 different occasions, and they tell me it will be 24-48 hours before I receive it but I never have received it. I really just want to be done with this entire thing and get my money for the bath mat I didnt order. As far as the broom handle, I would like a replacement that isnt broken but at this point I would use a stick.Initial Complaint

12/12/2023 ordered 6 deluxe pulsating massage pillows in various colors (2 purple, gray, blue, burgundy and beige) for a total of $223; on 2/6/2024 received email from Simply Good Stuff that the deluxe pulsating massage pillows were shipped; on 2/12/2024 received email stating the deluxe pulsating massage pillows were cancelled and 6 rechargeable massage pillows were shipped in their place. When the arrived, they were not at all what we wanted (different color- corduroy and in brown with a 6 inch rechargeable cord. Via email, I did get the process they wanted for a return of product. On Monday, March 11, 2024 the 6 brown corduroy pillows with the rechargeable cord were shipped to their returns dept *** * **** ** ******* ** via *** ground commercial Tracking number: ******************. I have called the company at their number, which you also have listed here and no one ever answers. I have sent 10 emails asking for updates and have received replies about 2 weeks after I send the email. The latest email from Simply Good Stuff on August 14, 2024 stated that they have a refund check in process for us and if we haven't received it yet, it should be arriving soon by mail. It is now September 18- a month and 4 days from the date of the email and I have not received anything yet. Please help me get our refund check.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product (**********) on 15 June 2024. The item was to arrive within 5-7 business days. As of September 15, 2024 I have not received my product. I have received two emails alerting me of the delay or out of stock notice. I am very concerned that this was nothing but a scam to get money out of me. I have requested for a full refund - I have waited long enough for my item. Other than sending me emails of delays and out of stock notices they fail to refund my money back.Business Response

On 7/26/2024 I purchased silicon lids for $33.95 from simplygoodstuff.com. After the promised delivery date had passed, I contacted them via a reply to their email for additional information. They basically said the product was on backorder. I asked to cancel the order. They replied they cannot cancel an order. Their email says in fine print that they take full payment at the time of purchase. In essence, they provide no means of cancelling or getting money back as long as their product is not delivered. Yes...did finally receive the ordered lids approx. two months after order. When I requested cancellation and refund, they say they had already received the product and were prepping it for delivery. I do not believe this. It should be okay to cancel an order at anytime except after actually being shipped rather than payment being held hostage until such time. I ordered and received the same lids from another source long before receipt of these lids. However, I've decided to keep these to give as a gift. Thus I could not simply answer your resolution inquiry.

Ordered two star mops as mine broke, had shipping information and showed in stock so I ordered. As soon as my order was placed I recorded a cookie cutter email that said the items were not in stock. I abliges and received a shipping date to be received by me on July 16th. By the 18th I didn't have an update so I reached out. I was then informed that the company didn't yet have a ship date. At this time I requested cancellation and refund. On 7-31-24 I received email confirmation from this company that they have cancelled my order. Have not received my refund, this business is a scam and just allowed to take people's money. Highly recommend not purchasing from their site at all.Business Response

I placed an order via online on June 4, 2024 at the Simply Good Stuff store. The ordered item was a V Slicer, SGS-294369 for a total charge of $54.95. After not receiving the item or any shipping updates, I began emailing the Simply Good Stuff store. After several attempts to contact this company I received an email notification stating the ordered item was out of stock. I then replied asking for a full refund. I have made several attempts to retrieve my money with no success. The Simply Good Store has not attempted to reply to my emails regarding this matter. I want a full refund of $54.95. That is the amount I paid on June 4, 2024 for said item.
