      I made an online purchase with Simply Good Stuff on November 7, 2022, for $41.85. It is now November 28, 2022, and I have not received the merchandise nor have I received confirmation that the merchandise has even been shipped. i sent an email to the company and requested that they cancel my order and provide me with a refund.

      It's a shame that you decided to file this dispute rather than just call or email to ask about the status of your order. We are very easy to get ahold of. Upon checking, it does look like this order took longer than normal to ship, so we apologize for any inconvenience as a result of the delay. Because it has already shipped, it is too late to cancel your order, but you would be welcome to send it back as a return if you no longer want it. If you do not have the package yet, please allow another day or so for arrival. For any other questions or concerns about this order, please call or email directly to let us know.

      Please don't assume that a man is handling this case, because one is not. And, please don't claim and assume that your order hasn't shipped because it has, of course, shipped. Just as we previously indicated. It was sent via ****, and you can track the delivery with the following tracking number: ********************** You should have received an email notification with a link to track the package. We would like to apologize, once again, for the unusual delay in shipping. We are normally much faster, and we regret the slow service in this case.       I have called and emailed several times about my refund but still have not been reimbursed.

      Upon checking, we do show that this return has been processed. Please note that we do not always accept used and non-sellable goods back as a return, but when we do, it does take a little extra time. In your case, we did accept the return despite the fact that the item was no longer in new condition, and you should have received an email to confirm.       I placed an order (SGS ******) on 6/12, my credit card was charged $42.95 on 6/12 and to date I have not received the product. I have contacted the company via email. I told them if I had not received the product by 7/25 I wanted the order cancelled and a full refund and I wanted confirmation that they would cancel the order and process my refund. I have not heard from them since. I have tried to reach them 4 times by phone: twice I reached a message that told me to email them or call later, the other two times I reached a busy signal. I received two emails several weeks ago stating the product was on back order. They have not responded to my last two emails.

      The refund finally appeared on my latest credit card statement.  It was only issued by the company after I filed my complaint with the BBB.  The complaint can now be closed.
