      I ordered 2 mops with 2 replacement pads (4 items total) from SimplyGoodStuff's website and paid with my credit card. The items never arrived and it has been ~5 months since the order was placed on 1/29/2023.
      I waited a few weeks before making an attempt to call and find out where my order was but they do not answer their customer service line. i have called upwards of 20 times and they only answered once in April. They advise my items were backordered but would be in within 2 weeks. Although I was extremely dis-satisfied, I really wanted the items and figured I would wait 2 more weeks since I had already waited so long already. Additionally, these particular mops are not available elsewhere. I have not been able to make phone contact since.
      After being unable to contact them by phone, I emailed them asking for a refund. They responded weeks later and advised there was a problem with my shippig address. That response was on 5/30 which i just found today. I replied asking for a refund again.
      The email from 5/30 provides order tracking #*****.

      They committed to shipping the items within 5 business days and delivery withing 2-10 days.

      April 4th ordered the item for 2 commercial rubber brooms for $40.00
      Contacted them twice. On May 22 they sent email that I would get an email detailing shipping information.and my order was being processed. At this point I am not allowed by the company to cancel the order. I was charged April 4 for 40.00. So they have my money but I can neither get the product nor my money back.

      Placed an order on 3/29/23. Received an email on 4/7 stating it was out of stock and coming back soon. Contacted the company on 4/26 and was told it would ship that week. Its 5/10/23 and I have not received shipping confirmation. I am requesting that the purchase be refunded back to my credit card.

      i placed order on April 17th a orthropedic seat cushion they acknowleded recieving my order.thats all they took 31.90 from my account but no other response. i emailed them still no response

      Very sorry for the delay in shipping. You should have received an email to let you know. Unfortunately, this item is still out of stock. We do have new inventory on the way, but it has not yet arrived at our warehouse. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will be shipping as soon as possible, and we will email once we have tracking. We can also cancel the order if you don't want to wait, so just let us know.

      Why file a false complaint when you are admittedly in daily contact with us, and when you know exactly what is happening with your order? We do regret that foot stomping was not able to speed up the shipping process in this case, but as you are fully aware, your order has shipped, and it has arrived to you at this point. Although we do normally offer same day shipping, and most orders do ship within 48 hours of being placed, we do not guarantee this in any way. We apologize for taking a little bit longer than normal to get your order shipped, but if you check your initial emailed receipt, the length of time is well within what we actually promise. It can be tough to get such high-quality stuff at such low prices, so we do hope that you will choose to shop with us again in the future.       I ordered an item on December 14, 2022 and still have not received the item. They responded to an email saying it was on back order, but since I didn't receive it (as of February 14, 2023), I emailed back to say I just wanted them to credit my credit card back. They responded by saying it was too late to credit my card because the item was in the process of shipping. I asked for the tracking number on February 15th, but they have not responded so I emailed back saying I was going to contact the BBB. The amount was $42.95 total.

      I bought an item in December and have not received my order. They took my money.

      I have not received proof of shipping information as claimed by company.  They have told me item has shipped before earlier in January.

      On December 22, 2022 I ordered CL1001B Outdoor Rubber Broom (18 in) for $31.95 plus shipping at $8.95 for a total of $40.90. I received confirmation of my order but never received a shipping notice or tracking number. On my Jan credit card statement I noticed the company had charged my credit card (which I had gone through ****** to charge).
      I emailed the company on Jan 10 and again on Jan 19 asking about my order. Each time I received a response that it was being looked into. Then the last two times I emailed them my emaisl came back with the message of failed to be delivered, so now they are not getting my emails. I would like the rubber broom delivered, or my money back.

      On 1/12/2023 and 1/13/2023 I have received several emails from simply good stuff. They are emails promoting the retail business. i unsubscribed. I received an email to day with a confirmation to an order I never placed. It had my name, address and order number for two items totaling $47.90. It indicated that I paid via credit card. Fortunately, no credit card number was listed. I called my credit card company and there aren't any pending charges. I'm going to guess they hoped I would react to there email and call for an attempt to scam me. I read on your site, there are multiple complaints about this company, so please add my complaint.

      Upon searching by your email, we do show an order placed on the 13th. It looks like it was a gift purchase because it includes the message "I hope this brings you healing comfort". This would explain why there is no pending transaction on your card. It looks like someone else actually paid for the order. If you would like us to cancel the order, we would be happy to do so, but otherwise you can expect that it will ship out soon.       On 12/18/2022, I ordered an item from Simply Good Stuff online (Order number: SGS-******) for a total of $29.90, with standard shipping. As of 01/10/2023, I have not received the item, nor has Simply Good Stuff provided any tracking information. On 12/30/2022, Simply Good Stuff emailed me and said that the item I ordered was out of stock. The same day, on 12/30/2022, I emailed a reply requesting to cancel the order and to get a refund. On 01/04/2023, I received an email response back from Simply Good Stuff, who stated in their email "We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to cancel an order already in the shipping process." After some back and forth emails, I mentioned going to the BBB to resolve the dispute. Simply Good Stuff replied with an email dated 01/10/2023: "It's a shame that you would choose to file a false claim for an order that you received. Pretty dishonest. If you also unnecessarily disputed the charge, please do the right thing and follow through with returning the item." First of all, I never received the item that Simply Good Stuff stated "it's a shame that you would choose to file a false claim for an order that you received. Pretty dishonest." Not only did I not receive the item, but they never sent any confirmation that it was shipped (no tracking information). I have no confidence that they will now ever send what I paid for.

      As you are well aware, based on the numerous emails back-and-forth, your order has already shipped. If it has not arrived to you yet, it may still be in transit, but it will arrive shortly. You have been sent at least two emails with your tracking number, but we would be happy to provide it again if needed. When you send multiple emails to us, you may get responses from multiple agents, and at different times of the day. As we receive in new inventory constantly, the stock situation for any given item may change within minutes or hours. Once an order enters the shipping process, it is too late to cancel it. We do regret any confusion caused by having customer service agents reply to all of your emails, but we do that as a matter of policy, and as we have relayed to you several times now, your order has shipped. If you no longer want the item, or would prefer a refund, you are welcome to send the order back as a return. If you have already disputed the charge in error with your credit card company, please make arrangements to pay for your order, or follow through with the return.       I will wait until the item is actually received. I will continue to track the alleged tracking number. Once the item arrives, I will ensure that it is indeed the correct item and that it has not been damaged or is defective. Once this is confirmed I will close the claim. Until then, the claim will be kept open. It wasn’t until I filed a BBB complaint did Really Good Stuff respond with a tracking number. Claim will remain open until shipment arrives and it can be inspected. As of 01/12/2023, shipment has not arrived.
