      I never received the weedweacker head he purchased on May 6 2023. Horrible Customer Service. They will not refund my money, give me a delivery date for his purchase, or respond to my numerous attempts to contact them. Avoid this fraudulent, criminal website.

      Finally. After numerous requests for a refund and negative reviews, I have received my refund. Now they are harassing me to remove or edit my negatives reviews.

      Horrible, horrible company! Worst customer service I have ever had! I ordered a product over 1.5 months ago and they never responded to me they were out of stock of the item until I called a month later. I told them I no longer wanted the product since it had been so long. I requested a refund and cancellation of my order. I still haven't received my money back. They told me once it is all set they will email me and let me know. That was over three weeks ago with no refund or correspondence. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this shady company. I am filing a formal complaint through the BBB since I can get no answers from them or my money back!

      This is a scam site. I ordered in January, waited about 3 weeks then finally emailed about my order. They said they were out of stock. It didn't say that when I ordered it. So they said they had a shipment coming in a couple of days so I waited. Emailed again, they got them but ran out again. Asked for my order to be canceled and requested a refund. They canceled my order but never gave me a refund. 3 months later I email them saying I was reporting them to the BBB and they immediately sent a refund then an email saying "You asked to cancel your order" Then I told em it was canceled without giving a refund and nothing was done till I threatened to contact the BBB. THIS IS A SCAM SITE!!!!

      Unprofessional; non-cooperative customer service. I am unable to review their products because I never received my order. Money was collected for my order. But after too months I am still getting excuses as to the delay in my order delivery. This was my first time using this online product service. I have never had this terrible experience with online orders in the past. But I will definitely not be using "Simply Good Stuff" online product service again. I hope that they find a way to improve their service.

      I’m not sure what all the fuss is about. I don’t know if I got lucky but my order and delivery was at par with Amazon in my instance. I am thinking of placing another order with this company. I own a small business so I appreciate anyone who’s tries hard to take care of their customers, even if the get behind at times for reasons that can unexplainable. Thank you Simply Good Stuff, Inc.

      I ordered a veggie scrub brush from Simply Good Stuff on February 25. When I heard no word from them after 2 weeks I emailed them. It took another week for them to respond, but no word on if or when my order was shipped. Another week later I requested them to cancel my order. They informed me they could not cancel an order that was already shipped. March 21 I received a scrub brush, but it was not the one I ordered. Not impressed with this company.

      I’ve really enjoyed my order and personal experience with the products I ordered. Very reasonable prices and I succeeded to find something to accomplish what I was after. Extremely pleased. Thanks

      I suggest that nobody purchase anything from this company, I placed an order over a year and a half ago, they kept claiming it was back ordered but on the website the item showed in stock, after a bunch of unanswered emails I decided I would at least write reviews where I could, they won’t even refund my money, good thing I only ordered one item and not several! A big scam company

      I am "surprised" to read the experiences some customers have had. My experience was fantastic! I ordered; product was delivered promptly. I think what most of us "forget" is this business along with many others has perhaps been "comprised" with receiving shipments due to the pandemic and the way California and our other ports have handled merchandise. I don't know for sure if this applies here. I just know companies cannot fulfill orders they cannot get delivered. I would have no doubt ordering again as I need things!
