      If I could give a zero I would. People & Businesses complain about ****** but I would have had my refund by now. So thanks for the lesson. I see many reviews with my same issue. Place an order, take my money, don’t deliver product, don’t answer phone and don’t give a refund. I’ll never make this mistake again with any other business I order from online. I hope anyone thinking about ordering from this SCAM place listens to the reviews of many here and spend your money elsewhere. Definitely not here because you might as well through it away, you’ll never see your money or an actual product.

      I ordered an item on April 20. On April 28, I was informed the item was on backorder. On May 30, not having heard anything, I asked for an update. They replied the next day that the item was still on backorder, but that they "have new inventory on the way". So I waited. And waited. Finally, on August 7 (!) I asked for an update. On August 11, they replied "Your order is in the process of shipping now". So I waited some more! Then, finally, having heard nothing, I asked for a refund on September 23. They replied today, September 27, that they couldn't refund money on an item that was "already in the shipping process". I don't know what they mean by "in the shipping process". In six weeks' time, this thing could have gone around the world a few times! What I DO know is that I will NOT buy anything from these folks again. Ever. Be warned.

      Total scam site! They Take your money, lie to you, and never send the item you ordered. These people should be in prison for fraud and theft!

      terrible! Its 3months since I've placed my order. they promised me 3 times now that they'll have it shipped in a couple of days. Still nothing and they won't answer the phone and they took my money and leave me with nothing! they are nothing other than a scam!

      I told them that the order was taken to long over a month and I wanted my money back and would not give me my money back and said my order was being sent but it never got here. Do not buy from this website they just take your money.

      I’ve had it with these people. I ordered back on July 4th 2023. Spent 224 dollars and they will not refund me and will not ship the item. This place is a total scam!!

      Ordered online-july 19!2023, payed and never received my order. Customer service never gets back to you and now I have to dispute my charge with my bank tomorrow to see if I can get a refund.

      We purchased an item on the website on July 19th and still have not received tracking information. I called on 8/2/2023 and said I would receive tracking info by the EOD. It's Friday, the 4th, and unable to get through to their customer service, and no tracking info has been provided. I wish we had looked at these reviews and BBB before we purchased from this fraudulent company.

      Placed an order in October, was told items were on back order. Messaged monthly for update through March, then requested refund!! Have never received that either. DO NOT order from them. Unable to speak with anyone, only correspond through email.
