I purchased 3 pair of boots from Casual Comfort Sandals in November22, 2022 and I received 2 pair on December 11, 2022 I have yet to receive the third pair however the total amount of $116.93 was taken from my account. I immediately tried the boots on and I was unable to get my foot into them due to my high instep. I have been contacting them via email every day requesting a return label (per their return policy) as of today I have yet to receive any response from Casual Comfort Sandals. I ordered boots from casual comfort sandals on 11/21/22, paid ***** plus **** international transaction fee. I received an Email stating my order was received and would be processed shortly. I never received a follow up email with an order number or shipping information. For this reason, I emailed customer service asking them to cancel my order as I needed the boots sooner than theyd get to me. They responded asking for an order number, which I told them I was never given. No further response. The boots arrived on 12/6 and are not as advertised. They are cheaply made for the price point. I emailed customer service again stating I want to initiate a return. Their website states they accept returns within 30 days of receiving the package. They again emailed me asking for an order number, to which I replied I was not given one. I have yet to hear back from them. There is no return information on their site and the phone number listed is not in service. My concern is not being able to make the return by the 30 day ***** The company has not provided any customer service to back up its claim that their items can be returned. Below is a screenshot of the only email I have received from them regarding the order, where it lists no order identification numbers. And the response to my request to make a return.Customer Answer

Ordered boots at the end of November. To date not received and the tracking number this company provided doesnt track anything. Tried to call customer service ************** and number is out of service. Emailed three timers at ********************************* And NO response. I placed an order on 12/5/22 and have not received any update on the order since (with regard to shipping status). I have attempted to contact the business by phone but the number is not in service (**************), and I have emailed twice now with no response. I ordered 2 pairs of boots on November 24th 2022. My total was $72.94. The tracking number I received was to a website that will not load. I finally found a website that would track it and it stated it was in *****. I have tracked it for over 2 weeks and status has not changed which leads me to believe this is a scam. I ordered a pair of boots from CASUAL COMFORT SANDALS (Order #*****) on Oct 19th. I received them Nov 18th, which is understandable. What is not understandable is that I have been trying to get information on returning them for a refund. They are so small, I would have no idea what size to order.I followed the instructions on their website, of emailing to *********************************** I sent the 1st email 11/19, which I had not received any reply back. I then tried calling, **************, as their website states, which is no longer in service. I gave them the benefit of doubt that they were busy with the upcoming holiday season. But, when I still had no responses, I proceeded on emailing back 3 more times, all with NO replies (11/28, 11/30 & 12/4). When I sent the email on 12/4, I gave them notice that if I did not hear back by 12/9, I was going to contact BBB. As assumed, I did not hear back from them - I went to send them another email and had a message pop up: "Cannot Send Email: the server rejected the recipient's addresses. The message has been placed in your Outbox. THAT was the last straw of realizing this company does not understand the meaning of customer service and was working as a scam. They have no problem taking my money, BUT, no responses when you have questions or problems, especially requesting a refund.Customer Answer

A couple of weeks after my bank account was charged I started seeking information about shipment. I received no response to my emails (sent to:*******************************) and the companys phone ************* ) was not answered.
