    Purchased flip flops 3 weeks ago and received no confirmation email, no product delivered, and no response too two separate emails to customer service (while waiting the 3-5 business days in between

    I placed an order on 12- *******, for some UGG slippers and never received them, and I have reached out to Casual Comfort by phone and email and I have not received any response back. Thank you

    Casual Comfort and Shoes. Date of transaction 12/27/2024 for $107 for a pair of slippers/shoes. They have not been delivered and no contact from the company via email. Advertised on social media.

    I purchased the Boston Slipper Slip-on Shoes from Casual Comfort Sandals website on 12/15/24. Order # ****** Tracking # ***************** Paid $46.34 (shoes+shipping)Every week the tracking would say in transit. Finally, on January 23, 2025, it states delivered in/at mailbox at 1:49am. I never received the shoes! I have sent an email to the company and am waiting for a response. However, I am worried after now researching this company, that they are fraudulent. I dont want to spend endless hours trying to resolve this with the company. I just want my money back. I dont want the shoes. I would appreciate any assistance you can give. Thank you!

    01-22-25 ordered leather snow boots. Originally my account was charged for $47.94. Then another charge was made to my account on the same day by the same merchant with the description of ************** Assessment fee" for $1.44. The two charges have two different reference numbers, which are the same except the last digit. I didn't authorize a second charge. The first charge included shipping, and I have had no information on my order communicated to me except for the merchant to withdraw money from my account multiple times. I have however received emails with offers from the same merchant trying to get me to come back to the site to place an order and some even stating you are almost there or almost done come back to finish. I think that something should be done if this is going to continue to be ongoing with this website. Especially given the way that hackers and ID thieves are today. Seems to me like here would be where the government needs to look first.

    Ordered Hey Dude slippers in November. The company was Casual comfort sandals. The product did not come until today. After many emails and me asking for a refund. The slippers were not Hey dudes. No tag. Almost ripped area in both.

    Ordered shoes for a Christmas gift on 12/11/2024 that I believed to be the brand name ***. I realized these were imitation a week after I ordered them, and attempted to cancel my order on 12/16/2024. I did not receive a response until 01/13/2025 stating it was too late to cancel my order. After a month of extremely delayed responses from "*******" at Premier Trust Store, I am being told my options are to pay to return them to *****, and receive a 50% gift card towards a future purchase. The attached return policy specifically reference refunds, not future discounts or gift cards.

    I ordered 4 items 1 bedroom slippers and 3 pairs of sandals sent only bedroom slippers and left only one item in my mailbox and sent me tracking number which one item is shipped and they tell me that they sent all 4 dont trust them they are terrible. Takes days for customer service and they deny and lie and purposefully scam people out of their money only support American businesses as at least you can track people down

    I bought UGG Tasman slippers on 12/16/24. They assured me delivery before Christmas and it was mid-January when they came.Then I realized they were fake. It's my responsibility that I didn't notice they were fake before ordering, but I would now like to return them. There is a 30 day return policy listed on the web site."Can I return or exchange the product I received?We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange for a different size. To start a return, you can contact us at ******************************** Our customer service team will assist you in processing an exchange."I followed the instructions to get a return underway, and there is no response. I am trying to get a refund for the ****** I spent on fake slippers.Thanks for any help with this.
