I ordered what was described as Uggs Tasman slippers from Casual Comfort Sandals. The listing said it would be delivered by December 20th in time for Christmas. They just arrived today, January 17th 2025 however, that is not the main complaint. The main complaint is their listing, as well as their website, describes them as genuine Uggs Tasman slippers with a suede upper and rubber bottom (which are what genuine Uggs are made with) Upon receiving a package today, I opened it up and noticed a horrible odor. Then, inspecting the slippers, I noticed they do not have a suede upper or a rubber bottom. They also do not have the Uggs tag. Their website lists their location in ******, but once the tracking information was available, it showed an origination location in *****. These are absolutely fake. The company gave me the option of sending the shoes back to ***** at MY expense and a refund will be issued - if they choose. At this point I don't trust they will refund and I will have paid more for shipping back to ***** then I would have for the fake items to begin with. I don't see this as reasonable since their location was never disclosed as *****, it was on their website as being located in *****************

I ordered a pair of Uggs slippers from this company on December 10 2024 and received an order number of Order #******. I did not receive the product until January 8, 2025 and it was clear that the product was a fake knockoff of the Uggs slipper that the company advertised. It was also the incorrect size of what I ordered. I emailed the company as directed in their order email seeking return instructions and a full refund of $117.94 USD.I was immediately sent an automatic response stating that someone would be in touch in 1-3 business days. I have since emailed the company another 3 times asking for return instructions and have not received any communication or response back.Customer Answer

I was searching for Ugg shoes for my daughter for Christmas and tried to purchase them from this company. Immediately upon checking out, the confirmation said that they would not be delivered in time for the holiday and it could take up to 21 days to receive the order. I immediately searched for a way to cancel the order, and found an email address that was posted for information. I emailed and asked to have the order canceled, and ultimately received an automatic response that says it can take 3-5 days for a response. I followed up that email a few days later with a second request to cancel the order, and received the same automated response. I didnt get a response until 12 days later, when they told me that the order had shipped and it was too late to cancel the order. I purchased this item in December. They are a bad copy of the ugg tassmans and i am very disappointed. Ive sent numerous emails to return them as their refund policy says tht you have 30 days to return and need to email them i have not receieved any response.Customer Answer

I initially asked for a full refund. It took them a few days to respond. The item needs to be sent back with tracking info which will cost 62$ to ship back to *****. The item says it was shipped from ***** so the scam continues. I am now waiting for them to respond and at least issue a partial refund or pay to ship it back

Casual Comfort Sandals is a china based company using an address in *********, ** as rheir store front making consumers believe they are a local company. They are also advertising as if they are selling real products and are not. I do believe Las Vegas is aware of this or at least the landlord and they are renting addresses to companies operating in other countries in order to make money.Customer Answer

What a horrible company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Casual Comfort Sandals is the worst company. I bought dark green Uggs from these people. What's worse I went back the next day and bought a second pair. I didn't get a order number for either order so I emailed them and tried to cancel the order. ************* Store emailed me back stating that unfortunately the order had shipped. It was only a few days after ordering and still they had not sent a tracking number or an order number for either order. Everyday I emailed and told them I wanted to cancel. I always got the same response. They claim that their location is in ****** but in reality they are in *****. I called my credit card company and am disputing the charges. As soon as I told them that I am disputing they send an email with the order and tracking numbers. They were still claiming that it had been sent already and clearly they were lying because I could see where it was. Fast forward a couple more weeks and this morning I got a pair of shoes, dumped in a bag cheap knockoffs that I paid ****** for. These are not Uggs as they passed them off to be. I would have never ordered them if I thought that they were coming from *****. I could have bought the same ones at ******* for 20 bucks instead of ******. I called the credit card company today to inform them of the new development. I have tried to email ************* store (that who emails you back) and they just keep sending the same email. ****************!! I can not stress enough don't do business with these people. Also the return address on the package has a Grapevine Texas address. I ordered from them and on website says coming from ********* but charged a foreign fee from bank and said ******* ****** they won't answer text, phone calls or emails. Says not shipped. So tried to cancel when heard they are a fraud but no luck because they won't contact **** believe this is a fraud seeing others are in same situation as me and an F score here.
