    This complaint revolves around the company DBA Comfy Slip-On Platform Shoes and Adventure Shoe Shop, which appear to be one and the same.On June 20, 2023 and June 20, 2023, I placed two orders with both companies respectively. When I attempted to find out a shipping date, i was ignored.Countless emails have been ignored. Customer line is out of service. I have since demanded a full refund on both orders. Once again, there has been no response.Can you help at all?Thanks in advance for your help.*********,*****************************

    I ordered a pair of sandals in April 2023. They sent the wrong size. I requested an exchange through email, per their instructions. I sent many emails and received no response. I regret not having read this page before placing the order. I also called the number provided here. I paid $38.94 for a useless pair ($29.99 + $ **** shipping). At this point, I would like my money back, as I've had to purchase other sandals in the meantime.

    The first time - I purchased (2) 4-packs of Sandals for $100.00 each. Then they gave me a coupon for my next order. So I figured the web-site says returns are easy, just call or email and give an RMA. Standard even with Amazon. So reordered those and 3 pair of slides, believing I could return the first set for me and a friend for a trip 3 weeks away. They have a ********** number, and explain that most orders ship in 3-5 days. Even by physically driving them to *******, I should have them by 4/26. NOPE. The 2 orders came in 3 ships from a *********************** in *********** from what looks like on ****** World is an apartment building in ***********. The Charge on my card says Retro Women Sandals and in ****** with a different phone number that does not work either. . BBB has a ******** address, it is a hot mess and I am out of $300 all said. I feel so dumb. But the funny thing is the sandals I received are VERY NICE, just wrong sizes so can't wear them.

    Date of transaction: April 11, 2023 Amount of purchase: $53.94 Details of complaint: I ordered 2 pairs of sandals from them. I received one pair and it was marked the right size but was too small. A week or so later I received the second pair and they weren't even the size I ordered. I have emailed them several times through their website that has a form to fill out. I also emailed the directly to the email on their website. I haven't gotten any response from them. Here's the information that was on the charge to my card: Retro Womens Sandals ****** ****: Completed 4/11/23 There was documentation in the packages when I received them.I had this ordered shipped to my work address not my home address.******************************************************************** **********

    I placed an order on 11/28/2022, order #*****. I emailed ******************************** (email per website) on 12/3/2022 asking if order had shipped yet and got no response. On 12/6/2022 I emailed asking to cancel my order, still no response from company. When I hadnt received the item or a response after a few weeks, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. They removed it from my bill but added it back on in mid January as they received some documentation that I received the item, which I eventually did in late December, but I no longer wanted it as I asked in the beginning of December to cancel the order. On 2/13/2023, I sent email through Casual Comfort Sandals website asking for a return authorization so I could return the item that should have been cancelled and still I have received no response. Ive tried to call the number on their website several times ************ but it is always busy, no matter what day it is or what time. All I want is to be able to return the item and receive a refund. Ive included documentation of written attempts to contact company. I also went to their instagram site on 5/14/23 and asked how best to contact them for a return and refund, but I suspect I wont get any response from that avenue either.

    The shoes I received are ill fitting and cheap plastic. They hurt my feet. Their website says easy returns. I have emailed them at least 5 times and called twice. No response. I want my money back and they can have their shoes back.I just want a refund! So frustrating!

    I ordered a pair of shoes on March 27th with order ******. As I was completing my order there was a button that popped up that i thought was the confirm the order button. It was actually a scam to get you to order another pair of shoes. It immediately added these shoes to my order and completed the order. It immediately sucked the money out of my checking account. The shoes that it ordered were in a size 5 and i do not even wear a size 5. I need to return these shoes. I have emailed 5 times to the company asking for some help with this. They were really super fast in sucking the money out of my account but have not been able to get anyone to respond to the emails and get the return started. I have received these shoes that were not ordered but have not received the other ones that i did want to order.

    On Dec, 28, 2022, I saw an ad on the internet and ordered a pair of snow boots from Casual Comfort Sandals.The order number is *****. I saw the purchase on my credit card $48.94 listed under RetroWomen's Sandals, **********.On January 23, 2023, I received my boots.They were the wrong size and I went about the process of asking to return the boots and receive a refund.I went on their website and found how I could begin the return process and followed that process but never received any confirmation from the company.I called the phone number provided: ************ and got a busy signal. The area code says it is a ********** area code. I have called numerous times and still get a busy signal.I have emailed them numerous times at ******************************** and get no response.I would like to get a refund and return the winter boots.

    I ordered a pair of womens snow boots on 1/20/23. They were tight even though I ordered my regular size. Returns sounded easy: just call the number given & request a return label. The phone is never answered; I filled out the email form many times. I have done this nearly daily thinking that I would hear from them. Its been over 2 months and I finally realized they never would respond. I paid $38.95 and want to get my money & get rid of these boots!

    I ordered a pair of boots from Casual Comfort Sandals on 12/21/22 and they arrived in mid January 2023. They are not what was pictured on their Instagram page or website. I have tried to contacted them at ******************************** as their website instructs four times with no response. (1/27/23, 2/9/23, 2/16/23, and 3/22/23.) I have also tried to call the phone number listed ************** countless times and the number just rings "busy". I even tried the phone number you have listed here *************) and it just kept ringing, no way to leave a voice message. I believe this company is a scam. Do not order from them.
