I placed an order on Dec 11, 2023 and have not received the shoes. I have a tracking number and it does not provide any information jus tthe website says it is "searching". Multiple attempts to contact the company via email and phone have not been answered. I have called credit card to dispute the charge of $47. Name of website is Casual Comfort Sandals, but the company on the charge card says RetroWomensSandals ********** (phone number). Email confirmation lists order number as Order #****** confirmed. Have received multiple emails since then with discount codes for future orders.Customer Answer

Casual Comfort Sandals aka Retro Sandals.com Order No. ******. For returns they advise to send a request for return label to ********************************* Item ordered on November 16, 2023. Emails sent to seller immediately upon receipt of boots requesting return label. Many follow up request emails have been sent with no response. Complaint made to PayPal. Response from seller requested a detailed request from me but provided an invalid email address and website to respond to them. They have made it impossible for me to return the wrong size boots they sent. The site from which I ordered is called Casual Comfort Sandals, however, the seller responds from Retro Sandals.com and advises to respond to them at Sandals.com which is a resort website. I purchased these "boots" on 11/11/23. I paid $48.94 for them. The "boots" I received were a VERY cheap representation of what they advertised as a boot. The sole is made of very thin foam, the "leather" on the uppers is very thin and not even real leather. It is nothing like the picture they advertised it as. I have tried calling and emailing them numerous times with no response. There are hundreds of these kinds of complaints from this company on the internet. I wish I had researched before I ordered them. They were advertised on ******** I want a refund but am unable to reach anyone at the company. It is a scam...Initial Complaint

I purchased a Christmas gift on November 12th from this company, paying $37.94, and received a follow up notice that my package had shipped on November 17th. It is two weeks later, and I still have not received my order. When I click on the link to track my package, a blank webpage opens. Ordered two pair in July and in September received poor quality shoes not as shown in any picture with bold "white " top stitch on them. One shoes stitching was "broken" and I attempted to discuss my issues but based on their policy they must respond to my email to accept any returns to provide a return site. I have been emailing since I received the shoes and no one responds or answers the phone that is always Busy. I would like a refund. I paid $23 & $30. Bokyna sent my item to the incorrect address due to an auto fill error, and will provide absolutely no assistance to resolve this. I have reached out to the incorrect address and neighboring area with no luck and am unable to go to the listed address as its in a gated sub division.
