    I purchased slippers on 12/25/22 for my daughter. They didnt arrive until 1/17/23. They were the wrong size. I ordered 1/2 size larger but they were too small. Incorrectly sized slippers. Their website says you can return and reorder. I emailed 3 times and no response. Their phone number does not work. Lots of complaints now I see on BBB. I want a refund and be able to return the slippers.

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted directly by Casual Comfort Sandal regarding complaint ID ********. I purchased the slippers using PayPal, so I filed a complaint through PayPal.  Causal Comfort Sandal responded to the PayPal conversation saying I needed to mail the slippers to ******, even thought they get were sent from **********. This would have cost $27 and the slippers cost $31. Their website states in order to return an item, you need to email the company and they would respond within 3 business days and include a mailing label.  I emailed 3 times and never received a response.  They still did not email me directly even with the PayPal complaint. I also tried to call their phone number but that does it work either.   In the end PayPal reviewed the documentation and gave me a refund.  So my issue is resolved, but it was not because the company itself responded as it should have.  I would warn any consumer to be very wary of any purchase from this company.  No customer service response at all.  I feel fortunate I paid through PayPal.

    Ordered a pair of shoes December 12, 2022, *********** advertising was indicating the order will be received on or prior to December 26, 2022. This company misleads customers with false advertising, not being truthful about where the priduct is being shipped and additionally Casual Confort Sandals does not reply to email inquiries as addressed in their website, nor the telephone listed takes calls or one can leave a messege, telephone is always busy.So i had no other choice but to wait, and see if the order will ever be receive. Well, today, 50 days later the order arrived, packaging was crmbled and the shoes looks as were put thru a ringer. Awful company, never again will do business with them, This companyis shady, see all the complains which I failed to research. My loss!Also the shipping company they use dont provide detail updates where the package is

    Thank you fof following up on my complaint. Unfortunally the company never responded to my many emails requesting the status of my order, nor did anyone answer the few attemps I tried to get in touch with them via telephone. The company missled me with a delivery date to get the order. It took 50 days for the item to arrive,in a plastic bag, and damaged

    Jan 7 Order # *****-No tracking#Have not received my order of mini boots. Sent the company a few emails and no reply. Phone is always busy ( even at 2:00 am) . I am still receiving emails almost daily on the new show sales.

    Product took 2 months to get. When received it was not what I ordered and very low quality for the price I paid.

    Ordered some boots back in December 2022. Havent received them. Tracking info says they have been out for delivery for a week now. Post office said they dont have them and the tracking info isnt in their system. On the confirmation order it doesnt have my street address only name, city, and zip. I have been emailing for weeks now with no response. Called number and nothing.

    Purchased size 11 slippers on December 23rd with estimated shipping time about 10 days. They didn't even ship it until January 17th and it was the wrong item size 42 European or something not even close to a size 11. I requested a refund and they refuse to honor their policy of providing a shipping label. These scam artists expect me to pay return shipping for their mistake.

    Ordered a pair of shoes, money was taken from my bank account - item never received and multiple emails to the company were never responded to. They even sent a ship notification/link that never updated.

    Bought online January 18th I paid $69.39 and was invoiced $51.39 I bought a pair of sandals from this online company with the confirmation code *****.When I seen the difference in the amount, I would like to know the reasoning. I have not received shipment confirmation and tracking code , I emailed and no contact back to me . I phoned and the line is disconnected. I submitted a cancellation and no contact has been made ********************

    Placed order in November2022. Was charged within a few days. For 2 months, never received order confirmation or status update. Finally received product 1/13/23 and had to pay for shipping because the seller used a fake shipping label. **** said package came from ***** and this happens often.
