    I placed on order with this company. They instantly took my money. I never received an order confirmation from them. I have emailed multiple times and never gotten a response. I have tried to call and the number is just always busy or says not working.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Casual Comfort Sandal regarding complaint ID ********.
    I have emailed over five times and requested a refund and some sort of communication. They have not answered and of my emails. I have attempted to call as well and just get a busy signal.

    Placed order 12/24/22 for one pr. "Winter Warm Fur snow boots." .... Order # *****....12/25/22: Email received, saying Order on way, ......The amount, $48.94, was charged to my account that week.....Since then, NOTHING. no communication, no product, NO RESPONSE to my repeated phone calls ("no working number") and emails.Your BBB website lists address as ******************************************************************** 10604.....I WANT A REFUND POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT. I believe this company is nothing short of a huge scam.

    On December 20, 2022, I ordered boots for my wife from casual boots. They have not arrived. My credit card reflect payment to Retro Womans sandals. The number on the charge is ************. I do not have an email from casual sandals with an order #, nor a response to my calls to the number on their website. I gave the receipt digitally from my credit card, that is all.     I ordered boots for my daughter on 12/20/22 and paid for expedited shipping. I have been tracking the order via the track718.us app that the company provided. It shows the boots cleared US customs on 1/3/23 but shows they have been "in transit" ever since with no specific information about where they are and when they will be received. The phone number listed on the site is not in operation and their on-line customer service has not responded to my email requests about the status of the boots. I have a hard time finding shoes because my daughter wears a size 13W women so we really do want to receive these boots if they are a legitimate company.

    order ***** on 12/18/2022 AND order ***** on 1/3/2023... have attempted numerous email ( ********************************** with no replies over the last several weeks as well as phone calls, their # is DICSONNECTED! However, I keep getting daily solicitation, as well as requests to complete a satisfaction survey, seriously?!!! This company is horrible and it looks like they have ripped me off twice, CAVEAT EMPTOR!

To date they have not arrived nor has the company released communicated with me in any way. The phone number listed on their website is disconnected. I have reached out to them via email and the messaging platform on their website with no response. I am seeking a refund.

    I purchased the *********** Boots on 11/20 and they arrived 4 weeks later. They were 9 1/2 but a size 8 foot would not fit (pictures). I completed their online form for return 5 times and left my phone and email. There was no response. I emailed them 3 times and no response. I called the phone number they had and it was not in service.

    I ordered a pair of shoes on December 3,2022 and never received them. I could only find an email for the company and emailed 3 times with my order number (ORDER #*****) to find out the status of the order but never received any email back. I asked if they would be shipped and if not, I wanted to receive a refund for not receiving them.

    I placed an online order for Womens Winter Warm Fur Snow Boots, Blue sz 7.5 on December 28th 2022 for $32.79 This included tax and shipping. My bank was immediately charged from Retrowomens Sandals w/a phone number of ************ for the exact amount. This info is what appeared on my banking records. I did not receive an email, text, or call. I received no confirmation number. I emailed this company from their website: ******************************* more than 4x with no response. The phone number on their website ************ and the phone number listed on my bank account have been disconnected. This company has been and still doing a massive amount of advertising on social media. I dont know where to start from here and my bank has informed me a fraud case would be started and my ************ would be invalid. I would have to start all over again with changing numbers over. I believe this is not fair and this incredibly unscrupulous company should be held accountable.
