    This website is absolute fraud. I placed an order on November 20, 2022. Its December 23, 2022 and I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out twice with no response. My tracking indicates my order cant even be found.

    I have waited since November for my order and it always said it was waiting to be shipped, but it never shipped. As of today 12/22/2022 I have been unable to contact anyone from this company!

    I think this company is fraudulent. I have had the same experience as all of these other folks. A co-worker and I placed an order in mid-November and still nothing. I have sent multiple emails, tried to call - number not in service. They had no problem taking the payment then sent a bogus tracking number. No response to many emails. They sent me an email today touting their customer service. Complete Crap! If I could have left no stars I would have!!

    I ordered some boots, they took a while to ship, but I finally got them. They are sooooo cheap looking and were like 2 sizes too small, could not even get my foot in them. And I measured them to my other shoes, they are tiny. I emailed for a return label like it says to do on their website and never heard from them.

    Ordered these shoes and it took 6 weeks to receive. The website indicates to initiate a refund just simply send an email. The shoes were too small and cheap made. I've sent 3 emails with the last on 11/22/22. Still no reply and no other way to contact them for refund.

    They are only getting one star, because it makes you click one star in order to even leave a comment. The phone number on the web-site is an invalid number. The tracking number was also invalid. It was ************************** response from emails. I did however receive two boots in the color that I requested. The sizing was way off. They were not the boots I ordered, one pair they sent was a knock-off UGG boot. There web-site doesn't even have the *********** Boot, which is what I had ordered. I will be out at least half of my order. One pair I will go ahead and use just so it was not a total waste of money, hopefully they will hold up for a few months. I would not order from their web-site, you will not be satisfied. I wish I would have read the reviews first...I know better than not to check. They are shipped and sold from *****, go figure.

    This company is a scam. There is no costumer service. You will not be able to contact anyone about the product. Wasted 50 bucks and never received any shoes. Please do not waste your money with comfort sandals
