    DONT DO IT! Purchased shoes, never receiving a confirmation email. Shoes were delivered way too small. Such a cheaply made shoe as well. Site states 30 day refund. No response from multiple emails to get said refund. ****** learned.

    I placed an order the beginning of November with no order update or communication. Have sent multiple e-mails with no response along with calling and phone number is out of service or mail box is full. Im going to dispute the charge with my bank 8 highly recommend staying away from this company all together very sketchy

    Wouldnt even give one star. Phone number no longer works. Did not respond to my email or website contact. Very poor quality product. Took forever to get it and then it was not worth the wait. Shoes smell like they could spontaneously combust at any moment. Have no way to get return info to send them back for refund. ********************* on any of their products!

    Not able to reach the company to check on my order. The tracking page won't load on my computer because of "malicious" software and their phone is disconnected.

    Placed a order in October. Have yet to receive them and we are now Dec 1.Like all other reviews, no response back to any of my numerous emails and never got discount that was supposed to receive. Calling my credit company tomorrow as cant contact by phone either.Can I rate this a zero?

    I am not at all impressed by this company. I ordered a Womens Red SZ 8 snow ware on November 2, 2022. I received a confirmation of the Order on November 6th, but it was the wrong color. Now I have yet to receive the boots as of November 27, 2022. I tried calling their number, and the automated voice said the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service. I have sent two emails to their advertised online email I asked for a shipping number, to correct the wrong color to red, and to get back to me. Its been two weeks, and I have received nothing. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is is non-existent, and I would never give them a good rating for such less than quality service.

    DO NOT BUY! IF I CAN GIVE ZERO, I WOULD. PHONE DISCONNECTED, SEND 4 EMAILS ABOUT REFUND AND NOBODY ANSWERED. I ORDER "BOOTS" AND GOT SLIPPERS. THEY DO NOT FIT. I REACH OUT IMEDITELLY, BECAUSE OF 30 DAYS REFUND POLICY, AND NOBODY REPLIED. ONCE AGAIN, DO JOT BUY!!!!

    i ordered some boots about 3 weeks ago, they've cashed my credit card payment but i haven't heard anything about when they will be shipped. i'm beginning to feel like i got ripped off.
