    FRAUDULENT! FAKE! SCAMMERS! This company robbed me of $100. Like **** *., I ordered Ugg Tassman ll slippers for my grandson for Christmas. Was suppose to ship within 2-3 days but did not receive for a month. They came wrapped in a black plastic bag, no box with a vile, strong chemical smell so bad I had to put ************** on website is fraudulent also so have no way to contact them.Going to try to get a refund through my **** which I used through *******If this site would allow me NO stars thats what I would give them.

    Horrible ordered a pair of shoes for a Christmas present took a month to get I just want to return them for a refund no phone number have to email them to get the return label and approval I have emailed 3 times no response

    This web site is TOTAL SCAM !
    I ordered boots and received them in a plastic bag. i DID NOT open the bag. The web site address is Nevada, which is probably BOGUS !! Everyone beware !! They're FAKE Uggs made in Communist China.

    I purchased what I believe to be "Uggs-tazman" Dec 18th with expedited shipping. I use the casual comfy shoes site to order. They just came today. They smell horrible a very very thick chemical smell. They are cheaply made and they don't even have the ugg logo on them. They aren't even made even similar to the uggs logo. It appears they came from ***** and all the tracking that I did since December made it seem like they were coming from ***** I want my money back.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I STUPIDLY PLACED AN ORDER ON 12/9/2024; ALMOST IMMEDIATELY I CONTACTED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER (I WAS ADVISED THAT ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER PURCHASED THE SAME GIFT) AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULDN'T CANCEL BECAUSE IT WAS "ALREADY IN SHIPPING." (THAT'S A JOKE). CAN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. FINALLY HEARD BACK 3 DAYS LATER AND WAS TOLD THAT IT HAD SHIPPED (ANOTHER JOKE). ASKED FOR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS...SURPRISE, SURPRISE THE RETURNS GO TO ***** AT A WHOPPING $45. FURIOUS I REACHED OUT AGAIN...I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD REFUND 15% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE AND I COULD DONATE THE PRODUCT. TODAY IS DECEMBER 30 AND I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
