    DON'T USE THESE WEBSITES THAT POP UP ON YOUR PHONE! Sorry I couldn't give 0 stars. The worst pyramid of companies connected with Retro Sandals.com. They have various addresses, phone *********** think they are all ghost information. No one responds or answers the consumer even after several request. Any response must be a complaint made through financing organization or credit card company. Then they don't answer questions, just give you return information rather than a return label for items that are wrong size, too small or just not ordered. The return address they give is ******** with a postage fee of at least $23.00. The items come from *****-- not ** made so they are much smaller than ****** sizes. IT IS A NIGHTMARE!! Horrible experience.

    Do not order from them!!! I tried to get a refund since they did not fit and smelled very bad, Finally got a response for a refund and they only gave me $30% of what I paid for them

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE SHOES. My shoes took 4 weeks to get to me. I put them on and they are hard as a rock with NO arch support and to wide and long. The material looks like plastic. I wanted to return them and it was going to cost ME $50-$80 or I could take an $8 refund. What a joke. I would not give this company even one star as they are a very poor excuse of a company but in order to post my review I am forced to give them a star rating. Save your money and do not deal with these people. ************

    I ve ordered 2 pairs of sandals. Delivered after two weeks in a black garbage bags with no identification of the shipping business. Package stinks, poor quality, wrong sandals color and size.Impossible to communicate via customer service phone ( always busy). Impossible to comminicate via phone of the business on website. Applied for return via e-mail and asked credit card company to dispute the charge. Expecting a complete refund.Looks like a fraudulent business. Will report to BBB.

    Last year I ordered 3 pairs of sandals from CVS. After waiting 2 months I still had not received them. I tried to contact by the given email address and got no reply, I tried the tell # given and it was not a working number. I contacted my bank and they in turn tracked a # for them, and was told there was a backlog and I would be receiving them shortly. They never came, and I lost over$100 and no sandals. One big scam.

    HORRIBLE customer service. My wife ordered two pairs of sandals for a total of $51. One pair was slightly too big and the other was about 3 sizes too big. I sent 4 emails to customer service with no reply. Finally after contacting Paypal, they contacted the parent company, Retro Sandals, who said they would offer a refund after I sent them back with no return shipping label. It cost me $23 to send them back to ******! What a rip off. Don't ever buy from them!!!

    Absolutely a SCAM. Paid $40 for boots, they took so long to come in that I was convinced that they werent coming at all. When they did come, what I received were a terrible quality, unwearable pair of shoes. Please please do not trust the fake reviews on their site and do not waste your money like I did!! Going to try and do a return but I doubt Ill get anything back.
