  I attempted five times to get a refund for shoes I wanted to send back. I have heard nothing - not a word - in 3 months. If you order shoes, you'd better like them because you're stuck with them.

  No response from customer service after a $150 order in which they shipped the wrong size shoes even though acknowledging in my confirmation the correct size. Shipped two sizes too small and ignore any email requests. Also, assuming they do ship you something, expect it to take a LONG time. Guess they wait for your money then order their Chinese laborers to make it - we're talking a month or so. DO NOT be fooled, these are not people you want to do business with.

  Never again! The so called sandals we made in cardboard- they only weighed 9 ounces. Luckily I am only out $30 have tried x6 times requesting a return label and get no response.. I wish I would have researched first.

  This company is clearly a scam! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, totaling almost $80.00. Not only did it take more than a month to get the items, but they were not even the size I ordered. I have tried numerous time to call this company & the only # I can find, rings busy continually and hangs up automatically before I can even get the phone to my ear. I have emailed them 3 times without any response. My experience with them has clearly been a ************ would warn anyone that is tempted to order from them, DON'T do it!!! ****************

  These are the worst. They are cheep made. The first day a wore them I twisted my ankle Saturday now have to see a doctor Monday. Had to put a brace on. So much pain past night. Still badly swollen. L

  THIS IS A SCAM!!!! Don't order from this company! I ordered shoes that I never received, they don't answer their phones. They ring busy. They don't reply to their emails. My understanding is company based in *****. I should have researched their business before ordering!

  I only added a star because there wasnt an option to give NO STAR reviews! This place is a front! The shoes are the cheapest, poorly made things Ive ever seen. Even the Dollar Store is better than this place. Ive sent emails and no number currently works either. Save your money and time!

  DON'T USE THESE WEBSITES THAT POP UP ON YOUR PHONE! Sorry I couldn't give 0 stars. The worst pyramid of companies connected with Retro Sandals.com. They have various addresses, phone *********** think they are all ghost information. No one responds or answers the consumer even after several request. Any response must be a complaint made through financing organization or credit card company. Then they don't answer questions, just give you return information rather than a return label for items that are wrong size, too small or just not ordered. The return address they give is ******** with a postage fee of at least $23.00. The items come from *****-- not ** made so they are much smaller than ****** sizes. IT IS A NIGHTMARE!! Horrible experience.
