      The Company was professional, kind, honest & delivered on promises. The contract team were the best; *********** Contractors did. Excellent job. Went above & beyond on customer ******************** I would recommend the whole outfit to anyone. Best product weve invested in for ourselves. Superb!

      We believed we had to go to a brand named walk in tub company we were wrong. We met with Independent Homes and purchased from them that day. Our salesman rep ***** ******* was knowledgeable and very professional. They included many features that other did not. We loved the lifetime warranty that covers everything.

      My father has served this country since he was 18 years old. My mother also worked closely as possible to him with government jobs, until they both retired. I can not believe how they are being treated by Independent Home Products, LLC for the damage they caused to their home during a failed installation. They had to go through another company for assistance and were left with a bill for over 15K for all the water damage. They had an agreement with Installation Manager, ***** **** from Independent Home Products that the company would take care of the bill. It has been over a year now and the bill has still not been paid. My parents have tried to go through the company, their insurance, and spent a lot of effort to get this corrected. I hate how this company treats their oldest and most vulnerable customers. They should be treated with respect for dedicating their lives to their country and are instead being taken advantage by this company. I hope you find another disability company to work with because this one is not trustworthy.

      ******* came to my home. He addressed all of my concerns. He was kind and informative. Getting a walk in tub is one of the best decisions Ive made and he helped me with that

      My mame is ***** I love the way I was treated at Independent Home MY ************** stepped me through everything made it simple I trusted him . Best part he made me look like a hero to my wife . He helped me convince her it was ok to be taken care of . My wife deserves every comfort I could give her. We have been married 62 glorious years and she always put family first . Im proud I could do this for her .
