      A salesman showed me pictures, took measurements and o?ered me discounts.I wanted to keep my existing shower over the new walk-in tub. He phoned his boss and had this approved.I told ********** that I had concerns about the contract, but he didnt listen. He blames me for his contract errors,The installers removed my existing shower because he failed to properly specify that in their work order. Now I am left with two holes in my bathroom wall where the showerhead and handle belong.Jet strength is a huge disappointment.I was not given an instruct cional maintenance manual

      I would definitely recommend independent Home to any one looking into a walk in spa or shower. ***** ******* was my representative. He was on time , personable, and very knowledgeable about the products. These guys are building the spa to your needs and not just trying to sale you some pre boxed set up. I can not wait for the safety and therapies on my new spa. This was the best start to finish process I've had !
