      Installation went great, Installers explained everything thoroughly. Enjoyed the comforts of all aspects of the tubs comforts including relaxing water and air jets.

      In just over 3 weeks from filling out a form on my computer, we had the *** come explain everything and got the walk-in installed. ****** and his 2 helpers got all work done in 4 1/2 hours. We are thrilled at the work done and love our new walk-in tub from Independent Home.

      I am reaching out on behalf of my in-laws, who are senior citizens living on **************. Theyve been lied to and swindled by a company named Independent Home Products. ***** ****, the installation manager for Independent Home Products wont standby their warranty. After a faulty installation of a walk-in tub that led to leaking and water damage the fore mentioned, avoided taking responsibility or any action, until almost a year later. This led to further water damage and mold in the house of my in-laws. My in-laws proceeded to get a water restoration and mold removal company to take care of the water that had been leaking for almost a year. Now, ***** **** and Independent Home Products refuses to honor their warranty and pay for the water restoration and making their mistakes right. This is not a honorable business practice and I hope to stop them from swindling the next elderly customers who they make false promises to.

      My senior parents bought a walk-in tub/shower with a warranty from Independent Home Products, LLC on 11/30/23. The Installation was overseen by ***** **** who is the Installation Manager for Independent Home Products in their area, **********, ** on 12/14/23. The installation was faulty from the start, causing extensive water damage & mold underneath my parents single story home for OVER a year!!! From day 1 my mother questioned why there was water leaking from it. She kept calling, finally she just started asking for the walk-in tub/shower to be removed & replaced w/just a single shower. She had to abide by the warranty & let ***** send his people to come & address the water leaking, otherwise, it would void the warranty. It took them 10 months to finally come & replace the walk-in tub w/just a single shower. When they did come to replace it, they DIDN'T clean up the water that was sitting under the house & DIDN'T tighten the pipes correctly so more water was leaking!!! My father is on oxygen & has had pneumonia several times- spores of mold growing in his bedroom/bathroom can be a death sentence to him. My parents in desperation contacted a wonderful company called *********************** (GSR) while still complaining to ***** ****, with no avail. Green State Restoration came out and did an amazing job of dring up the water damage, removing the mold, & dried up the water vapors. During day 6 of the 10 days GSR were working to remove the water damage, ***** finally came out & saw all of the work they were doing 1st hand. He begged my parents not to go through their ******************* to cover GSR's **** but instead to let him take care of the **** directly. The **** was over $15,000. *****, bailed on paying the **** said it's too high. *** still hasn't been paid and is coming after them personally. Apparently both companies have been locked in a battle with *****, who won't pick up the phone. BEWARE of purchasing anything from this company!!!

      They were good about not arriving too early. They were extremely polite and courteous. They did their best to minimize any messy conditions. They did an excellent job on everything. They did excellent work. The total price was way below the closest bid from the nearest competitor. We were pleasantly surprised with every aspect of the job.We love the walkin tub. It really has made a difference already. I have used it twice to work out soreness. It's great. We're so happy with it.

      ************ was very professional and clean up after themselves - Ive treated them to lunch twice that week - I love my walk-in tub cant wait to get into it. Also, I love that the warranty is lifetime.
