      Great tub. Needed construction for tub to fit. Created alcove into bedroom closet. Professionally done looks great. ****************, coordinated construction and installation all into one price. No surprises. I did not purchase rain shower. I ordered a riser and a shower curtain rod. I take showers all the time and don't have to worry about falling. I can sit down too. Tub is fun. I have air and water ********** a massage. I ordered the lighting which is beautiful and healthy too. The fragrance is easy to use. Easy set water temperature so a person not able to feel it, won't get scalded 102. Drains fast. Good water pressure so it fills quickly. Easy to step into tub. Financed balance easy to pay monthly over the phone. Installed 12/19/23. I'm happy with my decision choosing this tub. Have a friend who purchased it over a year ago. They say their tub is wonderful. Their water heater is smaller than recommended. They say it only takes a minute for the water to heat up for them to finish filling. Not a problem for them. They loved the tub too.

      I wish I could put a zero for this review. We went to the ********** Home Show in ******* in hopes to find a vender to install a new shower at our home. We spoke to **** and he scheduled an appointment for 10am on Friday (today) my wife spoke with this company 6 different time yesterday because she kept getting text messages with the wrong appointment time. Fast forward back to today, at lunch time there still was no one at my house. I called this company again and was given a bunch of empty apologies we were told that someone would call us back again. When we got a phone call back we were told that the manager ****** stated that he spoke to my wife and told us that we needed to reschedule. This is an OUT RIGHT Lie. Needless to say I would never recommend this company to anyone

      ***********************. Came out to my house 1/24/24 He was very informative. He showed me the walkin tub. Showed me their rating with the BBB. He showed me several before and after photos. And several. Happy customer letters. He showed me all the discounts I could get. And prices from other companys. He answered all my questions. Never pressured me. He told me how many tubs the installer put in. And how great their warrenty is. And if theres any problem . They will fix it. The installers were great, they took out my old tub. Installed the walkin tub. All in a day. And showed me how to operate the tub. And they cleaned up everything, Before they left. And made sure I was happy with the job

      Would Give 0 Stars if Possible! Someone at Independent Home Products should be absolutely mortified to know that a $14,490.00 walk-in tub was installed in a completely unsound home . My husbands aunt lived in this home and she obviously had mental health issues and the tub was installed anyway. We had no idea she was doing this until it was already installed. We still havent found any paperwork or warranty info on it, only notes she had written of the date it was installed and the cost. Finally, I found the wave logo and connected it to this company. This home is in horrible condition, literally unsound. It is completely infested with termites, you can push your fingers through the walls and you can see this visually throughout the home, including the bathroom where the tub was installed. The floors are horribly uneven and sections are soft. The floor, in the bedroom, where installers had to walk to get to the bathroom, is so sloped and soft Im truly surprised someone didnt fall through. Its so low on one side, I thought part of the bed had fallen into the crawlspace. The installers had to remove the bathroom door frame to get the tub into the bathroom and the only way the tub would fit in the bathroom was to reinstall the toilet sideways!! This home is going to be torn down with a $14,490.00 tub inside! The tub cost more than the whole house is worth. Someone took complete advantage of a sick person for pure profit.We were in the process of trying to get her into an assisted living facility when she passed in November. We have been trying to close her estate, and every time I go into the home, I am just disgusted with whomever installed this tub.

      My installer was **** and his team. They were prompt, professional and clean. He gave me a demonstration of how everything work. I am comfortable with using my new toy. I was anticipating purchasing a tub and they did such a good job they made me glad I did. They cleaned up my tub and the area they had to use. I am totally satisfied with this product..

      The crew was very professional and friendly. They arrived at the time specified. Cleaned up afterwards, explained how to operate my tub and all the working of the buttons on the tub. They did a great job and we are happy with the work. Will recommend to others.

      I got my walk in tub 08/14/20. I called in with an issue regarding an active leak and some of the buttons not working. They had told me over the phone what the solution was, they then advised me that their service team would be out there promptly. I waited give or take a week before receiving a package with the parts needed for the fix. Surely enough a couple of days later someone from the service team called me asking if I was available for service. Service was done that same day!
