      ***************** was a FANTASTIC sales professional. He was funny, kind, considerate, easy to know and understand. He never pressured neither my wife or myself. It was great to meet with **** and we both felt very comfortable about purchasing a walk-in tub from your company, since it had a Lifetime warranty which is a real big selling point and a great finance plan that met our budget.

      Its been almost two years since my dad had his walk-in tub installed, and the customer service is still great. I contacted the company and sent a picture showing that the suction cup on the door would not stay on. They are sending him a new suction cup at no charge. Cant beat that!!!

      5/19/2023, NEW tub installed. very happy. 5/20 We used the tub first time and LEAKS! LEAKS!! No service No callback. 7 messages to Their office, The only Phone number POSTED.Our floor is ruined, can't use the tub THIS stinks!I must return it, Then they can fix the space! AT their costs ********************* ************, **

      Independent Home told me all through the process that I would be completely satisfied if I purchased a walk-in tub from them. They were right. It took them about 10 phone calls after my inquiry to convince me to have an in-home conversation with the salesperson. I set the appointment and met with ***************************. He was personable, knowledgeable, confident and very professional. At the end of the appointment because of his thoroughness, references and believability we purchased a walk-in tub.Just so you dont think I was a lay down I just retired after 46 years in the retail automotive business. I managed 19 corporations and I can tell the difference between a salesman telling me the truth or not. You just know. Great experience with *******. The best part was the installation of the tub. We had ************* They were a married team and did a fantastic job on the installation. I was ************ but I clearly saw that **** was pickier than me. The final installation was superb. The quality of the product and the attention to all of the detail makes the tub seem like it had always been there. We give Independent Home 5 stars. You will not be disappointed. It really was a great experience and coming from an old car guy thats pretty high praise

      Awful company. Had an appointment scheduled and confirmed twice, last time a day before the appointment, which has been moved 30 minutes later Nobody showed up, nobody called. nothing. Tried to reach them today, 2 different phone numbers, nobody picked up, no answering service, nothing. 3 hours later caught the guy from 888 number on the website, tried to find out what has happened, he told me that I have never confirmed the appointment. When I told him that this is BS, he just hanged up on me. That was an attempt to install walk-in bath tub, multi-thousand dollars job, which they have reached me for. Had an appointment with ******, they guy from ******* called, showed up and we have an installation appointment. On top of that, Independent Home website says that they are BBB accredited with A+ rating, they are no BBB accredit, liers on top of all that.

      Independent Home did an excellent job on my new walk in tub. Their installers **** and **** were awesome in the way they staged the installation and cleaned after themselves during the project. They actually needed to move a wall in my existing bath so that the tub would fit. Because of this, the project took about a half day longer, but the final product turned out perfect!I have since used the tub several times, and I am thrilled with the results. Nice job guys!
