      Independent home products mean what they say when they say lifetime warranty they have replaced a handle on a walk-in tub that I have had for over 10 years. No hassle at all service was great. just think about it they sold me a product that took 10 years for a piece to break and then they fixed it just like that. Is that not awesome? Quality products and great service. Thats what its all about.

      i purchased a walk in tub from Independent Home and their salesman guarantee its lifetime warranty. now it is leaking and some buttons are off so I called them several times but most of time no one answered or they will transfer my calls and kept me waiting. their service are so bad and i regret i purchased the expensive deluxe dual system from them.

      My tub is leaking and trying to reach the company for warranty repair has been extremely frustrating. Web pages not found and phones just ring endlessly without answering. Finally got a voicemail recording but mailbox was full. No way to resolve my problem apparently. Also, was promised a certain grab bar at time of sale. Installers arrived without bar, said they reordered it and would contact me when it came so they could come back and install it, but never heard back from anyone.

      Independent home LLC I purchased walk-in tub. It was installed by the company in August 2022. The handle mechanism came loose in October 2022! It is now December 2022 and I'm still waiting for anyone to come to look at it. Getting major run around and excuses. Tub still not fixed

      Got our tub in 2014. Have been and still are very satisfied with the service. It was delivered on time. We had a local plumber install it. After a flood in 2016, one phone call and all our motors were replaced free of charge per the contract. Now in 2022, we are in need of faucets. Again, a phone to the original number from 8 years ago and we will have new ones shipped to ** this week. The tub is great for us. I have bad knees and breathing problems so being able to sit while bathing is fantastic for me. My husband loves to soak and he still can while enjoying the jets. I am amazed at the fact that using the contact info from so long still works. Everyone that we have spoken to have been professional and extremely helpful. I tell everyone I know who is thinking of getting a step-in tub to use this company. And should we need another one in the future, we will be calling Independentl Hime Products.

      We got our walk-in tub/shower combo out of *******, **. We are a five hour drive from there. Everyone we dealt with was superb (except for the initial caller who lied as to where the company was based out of). The salesman who came to our house, the installers and the person who answered the phone when I called the main office were all wonderful. Our old ************ were taken out and the new unit installed in approximately 3 hours. Installers put tarps down to protect flooring, cleaned up and displayed attention to detail. They tested it before they left. We have used it 5 times so far and highly recommend it.
