  The fellas were prompt, courteous, and did a good job with the tear-down and installation. A bit noisy with the tools, but as expected with the job. The finished product looks nicely sealed & water capacity was tested. I am anxious to try this new baby & finally have a proper soak! The guys were friendly and even laughed at my silly jokes. Good job, guys. I really appreciate your work!!!!!

  independent Home is the best company to deal with. Our shower of 49 years was renovated by this company and the finished work was better than when the house was built. We are so happy with the final results and the one's that did the work. We, highly recommend this company. Thanks for the great job!!

  Highly recommend and appreciate my rep from Independenthome.com walk in tubs (********************) who went out of his way to make sure I found the parts to fit my 11 year old walk in tub.Had my doubts as I was worried parts were obsolete but Mr *** after sending pictures and tub warranty always took the time out to help me.If only we had more people like this that represented their company took care of their customers we would be far better off in purchasing.Thank you again for your time, your phone calls and your persistence to make things right. ***************************** ************, ***

  They are wonderful people to work with??????. They did a great job for us remodeling our bathroom. Very professional and care about their customers. If your looking to remodel give them a call. We had some on going leak issues didn't know where it was coming from has called a ******* and they couldn't find the leak. The insurance company wouldn't help, mold was growing and the leak started going down to the garage into the basement. And the horror I saw once they started removing the tub and wall was unbelievable!!! They saved us ALLOT of time and money before it got worse! Thank you all again for all your services and the love and care you all put into your work. Thanks **** his son and ****??.

  I am a disabled veteran I need to have a walk in shower. I placed an order for the walk-in shower it was supposed to be delivered on June 28. I had to wait until August 3 I do you have the shower installed. They came on August to deliver the shower after my old tub was removed, they start that in pricing of the shower. The wrong shower was ordered. I received COVID it from installers. I had to wait an additional two weeks to receive the correct shower. The shower was re-ordered but I had to wait until the 26th of the month to receive the shower. Not the same installers from removal of the old tub. Mr. ***** offered $500 to except The wrong shower. While waiting for the new shower Family had to come stay with me doing emergency. Four adults and two children had to work one shower plus I have to live in another part of the house because I was positive from Covid. I talk to mr. ******************* he offered a discount on the shower. *********** was going to reach out to the owner in order to help with the discount. The mistake was made by Independent Home not ****************. I talk to them three or four times I also talk to the seller of the shower *******. I told them that I was make complaint with BBB, add to this day I have no response from them yet. I told them I wanted the company no one seem to care. Ive been calling them since the day I found out I was positive for Covid. I am a stroke survivor if you have any questions please to reach out to my daughter ***************************.

  I made an appointment for a homes estimate on a walk in shower. They told me Monday at 4:00. I was home and waited 2 hrs. No one came. The next day they called and asked where o had been on Tuesday afternoon as I missed the appointment. I told them they had told me the appointment was Monday. We made a new appointment. The day before the new appointment I got a call asking if I was sure I would be there as I had missed the last one. I told them I had been given the wrong day by their associate. He said well she just made a mistake. I said so how does that make it my fault the appointment was missed. I find this conversation very insulting. . He repeated that the salesman was a good ole boy and it was hard for him to drive that far if I wasnt going to be there like last time. I told him he was being very insulting and I was hanging up Five minutes later I get a call from a manager asking me the same questions. I tried to tell him the situation but he kept talking over me. I asked him to stop doing that. Finally I said Just cancel the appointment, I dont think I want to do business with you. He said Dont get all emotional, emotions are a bad thing. I said cancel. He said there you go again, getting emotional, Let me ask you something, do you pray? Thats when I hung up on him

  Excellent teamwork installing my walk-in tub. It only took 5 to 6 hours from start to finish. Your team has a great work ethic, they were excellent at educating me how it all worked. Your team was very considerate regarding my home and removal of the old tub. The guys were fabulous, cordial and knowledgeable!
