      Took 15days to install my walk-in tub instead of the 1or 2 days promised by salesperson. The first tub was installed and during the test for leaks a leak was found in the drain pipe. Leak could not be fixed and first tub had to be replaced. The installer was courteous and understanding but tub was defective. Another tub had to be sent for installation.
