      I just purchased a walk-in tub from Independent Home and wanted to share my wonderful experience. In the last 5 years I have lost both my legs due to having Type 1 diabetes for 50 years. I could no longer take a shower by myself due to balance issues. I just didnt trust all the information on the internet. I typed walk-in tubs on ****** and I immediately was flooded with companies wanting to sell me a tub. I have need looking for five years and felt I knew a lot about the tubs so I decided to look on my own to find a tub that would enhance both my and my wifes lives. I came across the Independent Home web site and gave them a call. Long story short, I felt they not only had the best product but the best warranty. They had a salesman near us locally and he agreed to come today a Saturday, and went over their business, their product and last their pricing. He and his company met all our questions and bottom line-We Bought our tub! We feel completely comfortable with our decision. We live in a suburb of ***********. Our great representative if in this area was ***** *******, a family man and a very nice young man. Oh I am 73 years young and like to share a great company!

      Independent Home is a wonderful family owned company. Their walk in tubs are very well constructed. The salesman was very knowledgeable & professional as he showed me everything.

      What a GREAT experience this was for us!! Everything from start to finish was completed without a gliche. Our original contact with the sales person was delightful; communication from that point forward was prompt and courteous; installation was faultless and provided by highly skilled professionals. We are very grateful to Independent Home Products and couldn't be happier with the service. The tub is beautiful!
