      I am a new user of jMAC. Ordered a lock that was no longer readily available. It was on backorder and told they told me that it would be a few weeks before it was sent out. After six weeks I contacted the company and they told me it had been sent out three weeks prior. No tracking number has been sent. Item was exactly as ordered and pricing was extremely fair. However I was disappointed they did not notify me as the parcel went to a PO Box and sat there for three weeks.

      JMAC had the switch that I needed for my 20 year old alarm system. It was inexpensive and arrived a few days after I ordered. It installed in 10 minutes and ************ perfectly. It saved me a $95 service call by my alarm company. I would buy Alarm System replacement parts from JMAC in the future.
