      Literally the absolute worst place for oil changes and New York State Inspections.
      My well cared for **** crew cab needed an inspection and an oil change. Ok then - whos got the deals on synthetic oil and inspections without an appointment?
      Delta sonic apparently did, $79.95 for full synthetic and another 21 for inspection- i had abt 40 days left on inspection, but was overdue for oil.
      Dropped it at the line of cars and watched em do the oil in 10 mins. Then over to inspection. It was odd the kid that pulled my truck out handed the keys to girl @ desk, imagine my surprise when the oil change was $140 ($79 was for 4 qts of oil - truck takes 11 qts at $11 and change ea "extra" quart.
      But, looking at my truck i immediately see tge GLARING VOID where my still valid inspection sticker once resided - and NO NEW ONE.
      Paid the outrageous neartly $200 oil change and inspection and was given an inspection failure sheet claiming "missing or non working restraint device" the kid that did it was no where around so i demanded a manager - guy called the kid and came back to me "Your middle rear seatbelt is missing - replace it and we will pass you
      Whut??!! I ask the manager to show me, he opens the back door and points - see? No middle seatbelt?!
      I flip the seat up and hanging on either side of the middle seat (behind it) is both sides of the seatbelt, the latch and hook sides.
      I look at manager -"what? Kids too lazy to LOOK FOR THE BELT?
      I asked him to run it back thru the line and re inspect it please
      "Youll have to make an appointment - were behind schedule today"
      Whaaat??? Boss i just rolled up cauae it says NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED!!??
      He declined to right the wrong they did.

      Absolutely horrible experience! I'm disabled and my husband had my car detailed for my birthday! 225 dollars i thought was a lot of money to clean a small car. It was a mess however so I was thrilled to have it done. When we arrived we were going to prevacuum it but it was pouring out and they told us not to worry about it! After that they decided to add another 117 dollars to the bill. 342 dollars to clean a small car. We were there and decided to just have it done. We spoke to 2 different people at corporate neither of which was very understanding or helpful. They were quite condescending and have made me emotionally ill over this. They refuse to reimburse us the 117 dollars even though to them its a drop in the bucket. They took pictures of.my car without my permission and posted then on Yelp trying to justify themselves. It's not about the precleaness of a disabled person's car its about doing the right thing! There hidden fees have many complaints against them.

      In November 2024, the detail shop accidently left my hatchback light on. It drained my battery. Had to hitch rides to work and get jumped. Replaced battery and 2-3 months later, it died in May 2025 and couldn't be jumped any longer. Took to ******** to see why the battery drained. They showed me the light switch was on. There are 3 settings, on, off, door. I am vertically challenged and can't see the light whether in the car or looking inside the hatchback. I gave ******** printout of what the diagnosis is and filled out a complaint form at Sonic. A day and half later, they said, "after a thorough investigation" it was not their fault. How do you know? Do you video every cleaning? It was roughly $750 between the 2 batteries, installation, and diagnosis. Since they refused a refund, I was willing to take 15 months of the plan for free to equal my expense. They refused. My neighbor and friend complained their windshield wipers came off after the car wash. My nurse practitioner also had a problem.
      A few years ago, Delta Sonic was kind enough to give Veteran's a free car wash. It shorted out my electrical system $444. They again said it wasn't their fault.
      Should it cost me money just to have my car cleaned? I am very disappointed in their idea of what good customer service is and what is their responsibility.
      Please help.
      Also, a month ago, I had the hatchback cleaned. I had hauled leaves away. It was cleaned a few times afterward. The leaves were still in 1 corner!
      Anything you could do would greatly be appreciated. Plus, I tipped them to cost me all this money.

      I had the bug guard break off the hood of my car inside the car wash and they denied my claim I will never use Delta Sonic nor would my family ever again I was a member and have been a member for several years on different vehicles not anymore. Now I'm going to a better place **** where they treat people with respect and dignity Delta Sonic you suck

      The car washes are NOT touchless and they did $3k in paint and ground effects damages they refuse to acknowledge and refuse to remedy. Their claims department sends form letters on every claim to their claimants with the damages on their vehicles. Bad business practices only care about their bottom line. As you can see most complaints are NOT resolved here, just answered with bs excuses.

      If you use Delta Sonic car Wash membership for years in the last 3 months car Wash has been broken closed or unattended and unable to be used multiple times even in warm weather. Call to cancel the subscription since they just posted it's going up another $10 figured after a half an hour wait every time I go there during business hours when it is open I'll try a different car wash customer service rep the answer to cancel right off all that and amenities the Delta Sonic has which is hosing down your car prior to entering a car wash and then the white down after where they never change the towels and smear whatever is on every other vehicle on yours tell her I'd still like to cancel and she argued, know if you're getting this service you have to go early a.m. or just before they close it and cross your fingers the attendance didn't shut it early and forget holidays.

      Delta sonic damaged my car and they refuse to hear anything from me or give me a copy of the “ video” inside the wash.
      I was barely inside the car wash, just getting lined up on the track, when my car suddenly stopped. Had no idea why or what was happening. Soon thereafter, the car behind me hit me six times, over and over. Both myself and the driver behind me said no braking took place/ she said no
      Brake lights ever displayed.
      Immediately after, Travis, the kid that represents the car wash, asked if anyone braked or accelerated. We both said
      No, absolutely not. Well an alleged investigation took place . I received a letter stating that Travis stated he saw me brake! Hmm, if that’s true , why didn’t he stop the line so I didn’t get hit over and over and over. A child could see this was a lie.
      In the end I’m on a mission to get people to cancel. We have all been informed of how bad these washes are for our cars, and that they never take ownership of damage , but we risk it out of laziness!
      This family owned business takes no pride in delta sonic. The corporate office reps are inept and have zero customer service training. You will lose your cool quick with these people and rightfully so.
      Protect your vehicle investment and go to a touch less car wash. One who will appreciate their customers and give you good old fashion deserved treatment when you spend your money at their business!

      Delta Sonic is the worst I'm a paying customer for years I call corporate office one time in my life to make a complaint about their customer and they cancel my subscription and said I'm trespassing I will never in my life spend another dollar with these guys!!!

      I went today to the car wash after I got out I noticed the car was dirty add some gloss for the tires and wax and honestly i wasted my money.
