      I have a car wash and an inside cleaning package and we have had this for years for both of our vehicles. Recently, I went into there and I had my interior cleaned and I have leather interior upon leaving not noticing it at that moment there was a large melted area on my leather seat. Upon leaving I noticed it immediately and took my vehicle back to the car wash. That was the only place I was at, and I know it had to happen there without a doubt. It was actually still sort of warm and squishy being a new melt, now of course days later, it is hard as a rock a Big black mark on a light brown interior can I know it was done in that car wash whether or not they put something on the seat that maybe melted it but it definitely happened at their facility. I took it in and filed a dispute regarding it with only getting a notice back saying after their review, they do not see that anything was done wrong. So apparently they will not do anything for me on this. I’m so very disappointed and I hope if anybody else has leather interior, please double double double double check , I can’t say that they will help you even if you do find it right away, but so very disappointed in the service and the way they have treated me. I hope I never give them another penny.

      Your company sent out ant offer for $15 off detailing two days ago so I figured I would give it a shot as I am in the market for a regular detailing.
      I have to say that this was by far, the worst detailing experience I have ever had.
      There was dust still on the door handles of the car, it was not vacuumed at all, and the trouble spots they asked about were not even touched. The coupons says $15 off but still paid $24 for this service, which means that you normally charge $40 for a service which was half assed at best. I have a video and will be posting on social media.. To charge $40 for this is unacceptable and borderline criminal. Gave 1 star but really is no stars. They will NEVER touch the inside of my car again.

      Delta Sonic Car Washes are good. However, Wash employees need to be more attentive when cars are preparing to enter the tunnel. The pre power sprays need to be done with 100% attention to the car in front of them. Trying to move other cars behind the current car being sprayed, often makes the 'sprayer' miss important spots on my car. Also, the 'hand dryers' need to do better. Use of the air sprays would help. Blow the water from out underneath the rear view mirrors, as the water from the mirrors leave streaks down the car. Black cars look bad with all the streaks.

      Delta Sonics shop is the most inefficient place on earth. They have three service bays only have two cars in them and have NOT touched either vehicle in 40 minutes. There are employees walking around and talking but not much work going on. They have one guy working in the shop and two people "working" arguing at the computer. The kid in the shop doesn't look like he has any idea what to do so he's doing nothing. It's absolutely ridiculous - I will never come back to a Delta shop for
      Anything other than a car wash. My car has been in the lift - not raised, not
      Looked at or touched for an hour and there's a line of 7 cars behind me. NEVER AGAIN

      I live in New York. I went to the Delta sonic on Niagara Falls Blvd, i went in for an oil change today because I noticed my car was telling me it needed it. I thought it was gonna be a bad experience because I don't know anything about cars or anything about it, As it is quite difficult for me to understand. Four men, Zach, Antonio, Brian and Marc We're absolutely amazing and showed me what I needed to replace to make sure my car was good to go. I did have to replace two things to which they helped me understand. They were so kind they were respectful. One of them even helped me pick up the stuff from my Glove compartment, I was so thankful they were able to explain to me everything great detail for me to understand. They were so patient and it meant the world to me. These four men made my day So so much better than it was before. Thank you so much if they do get a chance to see this, I hope they do! Thank you guys for making this delta sonic trip absolutely amazing!

      I went to the Delta Sonic in Niagara Falls, yesterday to get my car detailed. I could not believe how hot it was inside the waiting area. The new setup is very nice but they have no air conditioning. I don't know how you let your employees work in that heat when there are heat advisories in place. I couldn't even sit in there, how do you expect your employees to work under these conditions? I will not ot back there again in the summer.

      I lost a third brake light ( on the truck) while getting my car washed. It was a pleasure resolving my issue. Have been a customer for a long time and will remain a customer for many years to come.

      I have been using Delta sonic membership for interior and exterior for more than a year and they have increase my prices multiple times and I cancelled my subscription and when I try to talk to the agent, they blocked me and they do not want to cooperate with me. Even sending emails were blocked. I don’t know what to do with this situation. Please don’t put yourself in this trap.

      The OP location is great, I go for major cleanout a couple of times a year. While I am there I plug in my laptop, grab Tim Hortons and wait for my car to be ready. It is great...
