      Delta Sonic’s prices are continuously going up; however, the service is constantly going down. The staff usually appears to be more engaged with each other, then focusing on vehicles. Approximately the past month, both Delta Sonic locations in my neighborhood (Glenwood, IL and Tinley Park, IL) are closed but please believe that did stop Delta Sonic from charging their members. When I spoke with a Delta Sonic customer representative, the members are supposed to locate another Delta Sonic to utilize even if it is 15-20 miles out of the way. Additionally, the members are not entitled to a refund. That is the Delta Sonic policy.

      If zero stars was an option, I would give zero stars. I have a brand new 2022 *** with 3000 miles on my car. I bought the wash plan and used a few times. One time after washing my car I noticed 2 scratches. I took my car to the dealership hoping they were surface scratches that could be buffed out. I was told by the dealership it appears someone drying the car wearing a watch or metal of sort did the damage. The scratches were to the metal. I filed a claim with Delta Sonic off Rt 59 & North Aurora Rd in Naperville, Illinois and explain it is believed it occured by the hand drying of 1 of 2 employees and I even stated the stalls I drive in after a wash. I called 5 days later and spoke to an individual who stated my letter will come in the mail notifying me of my claim statues and reason for denial, he would not discuss on the phone. It seems that is all they do is deny any damang with a basic letter which stated in part...
      "You may have noticed what you felt was new damage after examining your freshly cleaned vehicle. Even a slight amount of road dirt or film may obscure most preexisting damage on the finish. It is understandable that you feel this newly discovered damage must be caused by our car washing equipment.
      "Any vehicle in sound condition will safely pass through our car wash tunnel"
      My car a 2022 Red *** w/3000 miles, washed a few times a week and stored in a garage barely with dust on it, apparently to dirty which obscured my ability to see two scratches down to the metal on my car. BIG CONTRAST! This was done by manually drying my car.
      Do not take your vehicle to this car wash or do business with this company. They are dishonest and do not "review" claims. BTW, my son use to work there and their claim to gentle sprays of warm water and mild soaps use are actually chemicals that over time will damage the finish and the overhead cloth is not cleaned as often as we all thought.

      I loved the idea of having a membership but once I took a reslly good look at my car, I have all thee scratches and dents. I want my car ti be nice but I can't even afford to fix everything. I don't know who can fix this but please I just want my scratches fixed. I'm just about ready to cancel my membership at this point
