      After my recent oil change the oil temperature sensor sent a P0183 code. There was no lights on when I entered the car wash. All they said was that they don't cover sensors...which is a fancy way to say they aren't responsible. Bottom line: Go to a reputable company that stands behind their work.

      Worst ever in Irondequoit..took my car in for interior basic cleaning within 10 minutes my car was ready..I was Shocked my console cupholder had water in both cupholders filled to top..my dashboard hadn't been touched..the floors had been hardly vacuum..The steering wheel still had the same dust..the seats hadn't been vacuum..I asked him was he new he said only 1 month...I immediately had to clean my own car...I vacuumed and wipe dashboard.. Very dissatisfied...I definitely don't Recommend anyone to go there..There was a young Lady standing there watching me..and she heard the whole Conversation...Not Realizing she was the Manager...I got in my car drove around the front and asked for detail manager..That same lady came saying she was manager she tried to givee some worthless coupons that didn't amount to anything...She also stated she saw me cleaning my car..I feel if a customer paid to get her car cleaned the customer shouldn't have to help especially after I paid 39.99..I wanted to be Compensated...I even ask for a free car wash she said she can't do it
      .So I suggested my 39.99 refund back to my card.. which she did...Those are young kids working there..I definitely don't Recommend anyone to go there for car cleaning..!!!!!

      Corporate please pay attention to whom you give management positions. We have been Delta Sonic clients for more than 13 plus years. The service we received from your Manager "Priscilla" was less than mediocre. We stopped by to get our car washed and all of a sudden the "manager" comes with an attitude saying we are not following company policies and that she will cancel our membership. We try having a conversation with her like civil people do and she wouldn't listen to a word we said. She just went inside to her office or booth and canceled our membership saying the credit card was reported stolen and just threw the cancelation receipt at us and said get out of the lot. First of all a toddler would have more common sense and etiquette on how to treat customers. We contacted our card and no such thing had happened. This employee will last you no more than six months in this day and age turn out with employees but you lost a client that had been with you for more than a decade over a non-educated person with zero management qualifications on how to treat your customers.

      Customer service is beyond horrible. Went through the Walden/Union road car wash and it scratched both sides of my Black 2020 Silverado with 13,000 miles on it. I don't drive this vehicle in the winter to keep it from rusting and to keep it damage free. I just hand washed this vehicle a week earlier and there was no damage I filed a complaint with the Walden Wash and that is where the run around started. They took pictures on an i-pad, I had to fill out forms on the i-pad which I had to do 3 times due to it not going through to corporate. Had to what 1 1/2 weeks to hear from corporate through the mail. There deceptive letter hid the phone number to call through double printing. When I found a number I called it several times ( which reading through the double print i found that the number was fax number) and it was a Medicare scam number. Looked even deeper through the letter head and there was another number, called that number and got customer service, they made an appointment with the Walden location for me to see a supervisor to inspect my truck. Why didn't this happen the first time? He looked at it and told me I would hear from corporate, I heard nothing until I called over a week later. they said something was in the mail. Letter stamped date showed that they sent it after I called them. They said the damage was very unlikely caused by them and denied claim. The buffing will not take care of some of the scratches they are to deep. I am not going to have some very young inexperienced kid buffing my truck who could make matters worse by thinning out the paint out to the primer. I was that inexperienced kid once. I will never go through another Delta Sonic or as my friends call them Scratcha Sonic. Talking to other people about this who have worked for Delta Sonic and they would daily give people the run around on scratches or damage to their vehicles. They try to wear you out by going through a long and inconvenient process. Wish there was more room to write.

      Highly professional service. Great employees…Very respectful and accommodating. People I received service from including, Seth, Carlos, River, Emma, Luke and J Vinny. These guys deserve an award of some kind. They all made me me feel special. I will definitely be back after this pampering. From the oil change to the detailing and car wash…all top notch personnel!

      You'd think a company local to Upstate NY would treat Upstate NYers better. What a disgrace.

      Customer service on the phone is awful. They make it very difficult to cancel - and charge you for products you haven't used, and make it seem like a huge favor if they can squeeze out a refund (for a product you never used or purchased). This is a company that is raking in insane revenues each year, paying their employees minimums - and there's like two favorable reviews of customer service.

      Delta sonic customer service is awful and will lie to you just to get you off the phone!
      I was receiving over a years worth of invoices that showed a rate I would be charged and Delta sonic would charge me each much a higher rate. After speaking with a representative, she informed me she would look into this and get back to me by end of business day. I received no callback emailed this representative and waited a few days to allow her more time to look into the issue and ultimately never heard back.
      I then called and requested to speak with a supervisor due to my concerns regarding billing, not being addressed. The supervisor looked into the issue and informed me I was receiving someone else’s invoices and that she would have this corrected. She also informed me she would lower both plans I have on my vehicles And mail gift cards as an apology
      Well, the supervisor did none of this. I never received gift cards for my inconvenience, I was charged more this month than what I was supposed to.
      I now have to dispute charges with my bank because Delta sonic is overcharging. Me and the customer service department will just create another lie and continue to charge me. The invoice says that they sent me for over a year should have been honored given that’s what I was notified I was going to be charged.

      Horrible business. Does not honor their published prices for car wash. They advertise $25 Basic Car Wash for three washes on line. When you present to the actual car wash, they charge $28 + Tax. They do not honor “corporate prices”. I received a $50 gift card. I cannot use it online to purchase car washes. Online only takes your credit card, ******, *****. Therefore, you cannot get the $25 package that is advertised on line! I called the CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waited over 30 minutes for someone to answer. I was told that the actual stores could charge whatever price they want!! How crazy is this?? So, my $50 gift card is useless (unless I want to pay the inflated price of $28 plus tax). The response from DELTA SONIC CORPORATE was, “Well you can use it for an oil change”!!
      Delta Sonic takes your money and then baits and switches the price and product! I was treated very rudely by the Webster, NY location. They actually made me get out of line after I spent 45 minutes waiting to use my gift card!! They held up all of the other customers so I wouldn’t proceed through the wash. What a horrible and humiliating experience! Don’t go there for your car wash!

      I was at the delta sonic in Webster to have a NYS inspection and received top notch service. Jason, Teddy and Mahki were most helpful in letting me know what needs to be done at certain mileage and didn’t force anything on me. Did inspection thoroughly and I will be back for more service.

      My go to for oil change, car wash. My favorite location.
      Customer service is beyond expectations.
      Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and proficient. Today I had CJ he’s doing amazing in his career. I hope to see him succeed as a young man. I also met his supervisor who was extremely supportive of his team succeeding and making sure they were delivering top notch service.
      I never felt like such a valued customer since the new world. They are the example of how people should be treated.
      Also they never once tried to up-sale for the sake of a dollar. In my opinion they get a A+ this location is the complete package of training to succeed. Thanks CJ and Delta Sonic for making our world a little better.
