      I received a call from a gentlemen that worked for this company. He insisted he was looking for a statement. I asked him a couple of times if this was a debt collection company or a collections agency. He stated they were not. He also provided account information without even verifying who he was speaking to. Lastly he was referring to a account where a phone was purchased and I have not purchased a phone. This was incredibly misleading.

      Unity Asset Management strives to provide the highest quality of service to our clients and our client’s customers. Therefore, Unity Asset Management regrets hearing otherwise and takes these matters very seriously. Thank you for bringing Mrs. *******'s complaint to our attention and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. Upon receiving notification of the complaint, Unity Asset Management conducted an internal investigation regarding this matter. Unity Asset Management maintains direct business-like and legally compliant practices and procedures. Upon investigation of this matter, we have found the following regarding the conversation Mrs. ******* had when speaking with our representative in regards to an account in our office regarding an overdue balance. The consumer was contacted in regards to an account we had placed in our office for review. When speaking to the consumer we tried to verify the Date of birth but was getting no response and the consumer kept wanting to know what it was about. We are very time limited with these accounts and are simply trying to get their response before our client pulls the account from our office. All we are trying to do is get in contact with the consumer, provide them the information that we received and see how they wish to resolve the account. The consumer was not recollecting the account so we ended up disconnecting the call and the account has been placed in a cease and desist status and no further contact will be made from our company.
