1 starVery deceptive website price advertising! If you have an Apple watch you only have one choice of a plan that the call Warp and they have an unlimited plan that is not unlimited but does have Data Caps so it is truly not unlimited!Second issue if you have an Apple watch that has an independent phone number the watch plan is not free as listed on their website. They want to charge you another monthly charge. When I spoke to the customer service representative about this bait and switch advertising on their website she indicated she understood but could do nothing about it. As a result I declined doing business with this company due to their deceptive website presentation & pricing. I would recommend looking elsewhere.Review fromDavid I

5 starsI have been with these guys for 8 years, have multiple lines with them for my family, and have had nothing but a good experience all around. The phone service is reliable, and I never have any trouble getting customer service from them without being made to wait forever (usually not at all, with chat). Highly recommend.Review fromRobert S

2 starsIt was hard to get signed on, after I signed on for a prepaid years service, everything was great, my speed was over 300mbps and I could swap between carriers for free. I had 100gb per month and typically had used around 60gb with my previous service. Each month my usage was right around 100gb or more? I was supposed to get no deprioritization or throttling and that was true. Then 3 months in everything changed, I am stuck on 4G service and my speed is now 1mbps or less at all times, they will disconnect you if you use their hotspot to watch TV (I don't even know how it's possible to use hotspot for anything), no big downloads (again, not sure how that's possible), or do anything that shows you are continuously on line. Movies are slowed (throttled, remember I said no throttling) to 1mbps and that would actually be faster than what I normally see! Videos buffer 50% of the time making it useless to even bother. Funny thing is, even though I hardly ever use the service now, my usage has stayed the same? This company just lies to you and wastes your time in chat for hours and accomplishes nothing. I would see 5G come back on while in chat and as soon as it ends it return to 4G. No refunds, I prepaid a year and I'm stuck with the worst service I've ever had. I have used cell phones since 1998 and never had anything like this happen, service is unusable in the modern world. Restrictions on everything that has made me sign up in the first place. If you do sign up, take screen shots of the rules and save them because they'll change them at any time. They'll send you hundreds of emails that have nothing important so you'll just skip them, they're all titled "free watch service" but they'll have some hidden service changes in there even though there's nothing I can do if they change my service since they won't refund anything after you're screwed over!Review fromAmy M

1 starI was researching phone carriers thinking about maybe changing to a new carrier when I came across US Mobile. I was looking through their site and noticed that they are advertising a free 30 day trial on their service before you decide to fully switch over to them. So I decided to at least try the 30 days skeptical cause of the low prices if nothing else just try the ****************************************************************************************************************************** my card was declined. So I do the instant chat and the customer service retells me that yes they try to charge your card 1.00 for verification which is fine except for the fact that nowhere and I mean nowhere on their website or terms and conditions nowhere does it say 1 word about them charging your card 1.00 for a verification fee. TOTAL FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! A 1.00 fee doesn't constitute as getting 30 days totally free to try them out! So if I were you I'd run and look elsewhere. These people here are all about tricking people into using their company. And if they will cover up and lie to you and not disclose that they are going to charge a $1 fee for verification what else will they lie hide and try to not disclose to you throughout the entire time you're an active customer with their service Run for the hills people do not sign up for them they're liars and scammers!!Review fromToby B

2 starsUS Mobile has always given me good phone service, so I am not saying anything bad about that.
The reason I am giving them 2 stars in this review is for their customer service relating to me returning a new phone purchase through them.
I purchased a new phone through US Mobile, which was shipped to me from Best Buy. I realized the phone was not for the correct phone service I needed. The phone was designed to work only with T-Mobile network, and I needed one that worked with AT&T or Verizon. (US Mobile offers all 3 networks).
I contacted US Mobile and let them know that it was MY mistake of ordering the wrong phone. I asked if I could send it back for a refund, as I had not opened the phone's box. They told me that I could, but would have to pay a restocking fee. I accepted this. They set up a return for me, and I printed off a UPS label.
I boxed the phone with the UPS label. I shipped back to Best Buy Returns Center. I confirmed by the UPS tracking number that it was received on 2Jan2025.
13 Days later, and I am contacting US Mobile, because I never got a refund of any kind back on my Discover card. They took several minutes in the online chat at US Mobile, to finally tell me that a refund was made, and to contact my bank!
I found a number for Best Buy Returns, and contacted them. They told me a refund was make to a different card number (not my Discover), for a Umair Ansari. Looking at my return information, he was the one who placed the order for my phone at US Mobile, after I did the order to them with my Discover!
This was simply ridiculous. I finally contacted Discover, and opened a Dispute. They said they will credit the full amount back for the phone purchase. They told me that the dispute could take up to 30 business days, and I may get a deduction for a restock fee for Best Buy, once the dispute is finalized. I was fine with that.
I should have contacted Discover in the first place! Shame on US Mobile, for not fixing this.Review fromJake S

I have rarely had any issues with US Mobile; and the few times I have, they have solved it with respect and professionalism. Their rates and data allotments are unbeatable, and their international roaming is reason enough for me to be a devoted customer.US Mobile LLC

1 stari order service and fond out the services doesnot work with ***** and i called and cancelled the services. To my surprised i receive a email from them bugging me ,harassing me and so i am tried of this. so i told them i am making a police report for harassment if they did not just finish cancelling the service, i do not own them anything.i also told them i will give them a one star rating and give them over to the bbb. no one should work with them because they do not honor their word and harried people this should of been cancelled on the day i told them to cancel it.Review fromDovid W

1 starTerrible service speeds are slow. If you call them they cant do anything for you except tell you that it is your device even though i have five bars. if you look on ******* you can see that there are tests that clearly show the horrible speeds. also twice in one day i was unable to send any texts for no reason i had to call them and wait on hold for a half an hour till they fixed it. also every time you get a new phone or on a ******* device if it restarts the APNs need to be put in manually letter by letter perfectly if there is one mistake it doesnt work which is also crazy. so stay far far away rather go to visible by *******.Review fromWilliam C

1 starPoor Service Quality and Ineffective Customer Support I've been a ********************** customer for several years, but the past three months have been extremely frustrating due to persistent internet issues. Despite speed tests showing adequate bandwidth (16 to 27 Mbps), I experience frequent buffering during streaming and slow internet speeds both during peak and off-peak hours. These issues significantly impact my ability to use basic internet services.I have contacted US Mobile customer service multiple times, speaking with representatives ****** and *****, who have escalated the issue to ******* (Ticket #********). Despite this, there has been no resolution. *******'s network engineers claimed no detected speed problems in my area, citing a possible capacity issue but refusing to take further action. This is unacceptable, especially since my service was excellent before a tower issue on July 20th.US Mobile's lack of effective customer support and communication has only added to the frustration. They have failed to provide regular updates or meaningful solutions, and their reliance on ******* without holding them accountable has been disappointing.The ongoing service issues cause significant frustration and inconvenience, disrupting my ability to stream videos, browse the internet, and perform essential online tasks. This level of service quality and support is unacceptable, especially given the high costs of the service.I urge US Mobile to take immediate and effective action to resolve these issues and provide regular, detailed updates on the progress. 1 starI had an awful experience with US Mobile. Due to poor connection quality, I accidentally added data twice. I couldnt find a way to cancel the extra data, so I disputed the $4 charge with my bank.US Mobiles 'product experience' team then harassed me to reverse the dispute, threatening to cut off my service. I complied and provided proof of the reversing the dispute and the rebill history, but they still demanded more money and refused to accept the proof.Their service is terrible, their website is unresponsive, and their customer service is aggressive and unhelpful. I strongly advise against using US Mobile.
