      I have been using US Mobile for 5 months now. I have nothing but positive things to say - the calls, texting, and internet work great.

      Ad lies about 5g and free trial!They won't e en give me a new number!Now... disabled senior citizen veteran has no service!!Sew the **ers!

      I was dropped into cell phone ****. My timeline of events: 9/27/22 I ported from ******* to USM. Talk/text/data worked fine. Within the first 6 hours, I noticed over 1 GB of data was missing from my accnt. I only use data when I'm traveling. My cellular connection and phone were both turned off all day. USM just insisted that I used the data. Period. My dashboard was also dysfunctional and showing multiple plans in my 1 accnt with 1 line. No fix. 10/8/22. I rq & received accnt info & a xfr PIN to port OUT of USM and back to *******. 10/9/22 I successfully ported back to *******, put in ******* SIM card, was charged $35 activation fee. Successful port kk by ******* in writing. 10/15/22 I sent a follow-up email to USM to kk that my accnt was indeed closed. 10/15/22 I received kk email from USM that my accnt was CLOSED. 10/16/22 I tried to access my USM dashboard & was locked out. I thought this was because I was no longer a customer. 10/27/22 USM charges my Visa for another month. I never authorized auto-pay. 11/15/22 I noticed unauthorized USM charges. I called USM & was told my accnt was open, my phone line was active with them, that no rq to port out was ever received, AND my Gmail attached to this accnt had been changed on 10/16 when I was no longer a customer! I did NOT change my Gmail. This also locked me out of my accnt and USM could not verify me & did not want to close my accnt...same accnt they kk was closed a month prior. I had saved all emails documenting this sequence of events & forwarded to USM. I now have a 2nd kk email from USM that my accnt is closed & a promise that unauthorized charges will be reversed in the future. The drama continues. Dealing with cell phone provider problems turned into my new side gig. Horrible!

      Began the time I spent on this provider because it was on a list on a web page named "Best cell phone providers 2022." False assessment. This provider has you go to a web page which purports to permit you to select the plan you want, which takes some time, choosing separately how many minutes you want, how many texts, and how much data, all per month, until you get what you think you can be happy with for the amount you will monthly pay. But here's the rub: it's all fake! Nothing you've done matters. When you hit the button to proceed, nothing at all happens. The screen says it is processing your selection but nothing at all happens and nothing ever moves ahead. Then when you go back and you carefully hover over the various submit buttons you see none of them are intended to do anything except move you to a next page at which the only option appears to be what they call a free trial, but even that does not go anywhere, even that does not succeed, you can get nothing done. Then when you try to initiate a support chat, it is enormously difficult to begin with, and you never get any help at all. If you call on the phone, it's ********, only ********. No US support. I can't talk to people speaking heavily accented English, so I have learned not to try. Avoid.
