5 starsAmazing company to work with. Chris and his crew installed 2 new windows for me. The work was done efficiently, professionally and with a great deal of attention to workmanship. Chris explained the removal and installation process, along with answering all of my questions. I am beyond pleased with the windows, the workmanship of Chris and his crew and New York Sash. Fantastic, Chris and Dakota did a great and thorough job. Delivered as promised Explained everything from beginning to end. Answered questions I had and cleaned up afterwards. I had 7 windows installed, can’t wait till phase 2 to come. Would recommend New York Sash to anyone needing a professional job.

New York Sash has a high quality Product and a warranty that the 5 other companies we contacted could not match. We liked that this is a family business. Matt the design consultant clinched our decision. He did not pressure us. Instead he spent time with us, answered all our questions, and promised the install would go beyond all of our expectations. It did. The windows were ready to install way ahead of schedule. Ben, Nate the crew lead, and Ryan the installation manager are true craftsmen. They took the time to do the job right. They were respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They addressed all of our concerns. We were comfortable having them in our home, and with the whole process. They did a great job replacing the windows and the wood casing and trim. Ben was amazing. He worked in the pouring rain. He did a great job installing the windows while keeping the outside clean and free of debris. He also removed and reinstalled our old brittle siding around the windows without causing any damage. In addition to his window installation and woodworking skills, Nate was very careful to make sure all of our animals were safe during the multi-day process, and was wonderful with our goofy puppy. He made sure the work area was kept clean and vacuumed. Ryan also has great window installation and woodworking skills. He has a wealth of knowledge that made the whole job seamless. We had another project that we thought could not be done. Ryan gave us a solution, and New York Sash is doing that project for us now. It is nice to see a company that still takes pride in doing quality work. They say "Let our family take care of your family." We are happy we did. We would tell anyone to let New York Sash take care of their family too.New York Sash

I have had New York Sash install a walk in shower for me and more recently a beautiful sliding patio door. Their work in beyond excellent. I am totally pleased with both. The sales associates are very helpful in advising you on what you need and the installers are very professional and polite. They explain each step they are taking and instruct you on how the product works before they leave. When they are done the area is all cleaned up and all old materials are removed. If you have any issues your calls are answered right away and they are immediately addressed. I would highly recommend them....New York Sash
