I can never say enough great things about NY Sash! Their employees and customer care associates are top notch. Everything they advertise is truth. From start to finish of our shower remodel, everyone was there to answer our questions, worked with us on timelines for install, and their warranty is the best around. Trust me, I looked! Not many places will say a lifetime warranty on installation and products! Our salesman Matt was great at explaining our options. Shannon in the office was prompt with responses and in letting us know installation dates. Sean Grant was the best installer I've worked with yet. He was courteous, on-time, worked the whole time he was here, and took the time to answer my questions on the install. He even was ok with our dog and kids checking his progress. The tub/shower remodel was 2 days start to finish and he cleaned everything up each day when he was done. Thank you Sean for making this remodel a great experience! Just another great example of why we choose NY Sash! Thank you for the great services you provide.New York Sash

We just had our new walk-in shower installed by Jason. He arrived on time both days, was very pleasant, he was always cleaning up the area he was working in, answered our questions and he was very professional. Our new shower is beautiful. We previously had them install new windows in our home.. they did an awesome job on that too and of course when it came time for a new bathroom update we contacted NY Sash. Thank you Jason for a job well done!New York Sash

Chris and Nate were the team that installed 8 windows in my house. They were professional, arrived on time, took care of my house, and cleaned everything when they were done. Above all they were a pleasure to work with! My windows look beautiful! They also replaced the trim around my front door and that came out great! I would highly recommend this company for windows or renovations.New York Sash

This year, Matt and his crew installed several windows, a storm door, and an entry door in our log house. This was not easy, because the logs are old and required them to do extra work for the mouldings. Excellent job, and beautiful windows and doors.New York Sash

Josh and his crew did an amazing job installing my 4 basement windows, which was not an easy job. They were professional but friendly, neat and cleaned up everything. This was my 6th project with NY Sash and each one has been a definite improvement to my home.New York Sash
