Good experience all around. From the salesman to the installer ****, everything went according to plan. All old stuff removed and by the end of the day a beautiful new shower! Was definitely impressed by attention to detail and clean up.

1 starDo your due diligence when selecting companies for bath remodeling.
1. Check their accreditation with the Better Business Bureau. Pay attention to the length of time that the particular company has been accredited. Look for companies that have been around with good reputation with the BBB for at least five years or more. The longer the better.
2. Check recent complaints that have been filed against that company. Pay attention to logistics/scheduling/installation issues. And for work that has found defective especially if the defect was discovered not long after the initial install.
3. If they ask for a down payment, be cautious and make sure you read the fine print. Some companies will not allow a refund of the initial deposit if a certain time has elapsed, even if the work has been not been scheduled nor materials delivered. Better yet, go with a company that is strong enough to carry you and not request funds until the work is satisfactorily completed.
Unfortunately for us, we did not do the above things and we lost our deposit of $5500 when working with a company called Premier Home Pros, based out of Akron, Ohio.Review fromAlexandra P

**** ****** and his partner did an overall good job in terms of skill and workmanship. They were very careful and mindful of not damaging any of my property during the installation. The cleanup afterward was outstanding, leaving everything neat and tidy.Their service response was also excellentwhen one of the sliding doors was found to be misaligned, they responded quickly and came back the next day to fix it, which I greatly appreciated.However, there was an issue with the design. The final result did not match the design I had selected. Its unclear whether this was due to a miscommunication, a missed detail in the order, or the instructions not being passed on to the installers. Unfortunately, this impacted the outcome and was a disappointing part of the experience.Premier Home Pros, LLC

Last Thursday the guys started repairing both bathrooms. On Friday I was told they would be finished at 5 pm, so the day goes by and it's time to go home. Now the news comes and will not be done tonight. He tried to call the office about the missing part but got no answer. Saturday morning the guys can come back. I finished the guest bathroom, but the master bathroom was not finished until Tuesday of the next week. I was without a shower in the master bathroom for three days. I was so upset and disappointed. I asked to have a 50% off price because it is inconvenient for me. Mainly ignore my calls and respond. Think twice before using this company. I paid ****** to be ignored. Premier home pros were on time Clean up was superb. Friendly easy going workers. Informed us when some noise would occur. Our experience with them we had no complaints. We highly recommend home pros if you need reconstruction with your bathroom...we are happy.Premier Home Pros, LLC

Overall the install was great. The two men working on it were professional and courteous. They had to build an extra wall at back of shower due to size requirements, it looked great when done, however, the sales man removed the requested niche from the contract The installation took two and half days, while I didn't expect it to run into the third day, it worked out.
