Premier home pros have been an excellent professional service. I could not ask for a better looking and functional shower. The installation was quick and professional. The installer could not have been nicer. *** the field master was very courteous. I would recommend premier home pros to all that are looking to install a new shower or bathroom remodel.

The installers **** and ***** were wonderful! Careful of our property with drop cloths, closing doors cleaning up dust and debris They took extra time and care on trim and caulking. We have already recommended the company several times. We love our shower!Premier Home Pros, LLC

I wanted my master bathroom vanity top and shower redone. The install date was 10 August 2024 and it was indicated that the backsplash was not delivered with the rest of the materials. I was told it would be in on 2 September. That did not transpire. Instead it was 8 WEEKS before it came in. We also had wanted the vanity top over top of the garden tub to be replaced and it came in in a square instead of the L-shape that it was supposed to be. They cut into it a and the color was not all the way through the piece but only on the surface. This was taken out and they had to order a manufactured piece that it to be the same as the vanity top over the sinks. We are still waiting and now we are in WEEK 18 and have been told the piece has been lost! Unreal!!During this time, we noticed the shower door was leaking. They have been out 4 times to fix it and the last time, they broke the door! Had to wait on replacement which was installed last week and now they have to replace the metal stripping on the bottom to ensure the door closes and there are no leaks! I do not recommend this company at all and will be seeking restitution for my inconvenience.Premier Home Pros, LLC

We are so sorry that the timeframe in which this has taken and all issues that have occurred with this install. Unfortunately, things happened outside of our control. That being said we were notified that the custom vanity piece was lost in the Atlanta distribution center. We did not waste any time in reordering and asked for it to be expedited. It will be shipping this week and will arrive to us shortly thereafter. As soon as the piece is in our warehouse we intend to install immediately. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience.
