      Bought an item from this company $17.90 then 2 weeks later I was charged an additional $57. When I called them to inquire they never answered my phone call. I called to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I hope that this will not happen again. I see online that this company is prone to this type of behavior.

      SOS Self Defense Tools is attempting to charge my bank account ***** every month for the last 5 months. We have had several calls from our bank to report fraudulent charges. It would be beneficial to all people if this scam could be shut down.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      We have not ordered anything from them since they charged our debit card 57 or more dollars the first time *** it was supposed to only be **** shipping.  They are a fraud and are charging people every month for orders whether or not they ordered anything.  
      This response is unacceptable. Our bank called us and asked us if this attempted charge was legit and we said no so the canceled our debit card. This has happened the last three months. 

      I hope some one can stop them.

      I purchased an item on line, one of those "free" items, just pay shipping. Somewhere in the very fine print it states that by ordering this item you agree to joining a club which has a $57 monthly fee, unknown to me. This should be stated in large bold print. I consider this to be a VERY deceptive business practice and should be illegal. Their website shows a 65% complaint about this issue. Obviously I'm not the only one. They have withdrawn $57 a month for 4 months before i caught on, a total of $228. I have since had to change my account no. Tried calling them but all you get is an answering machine. The company name is Science of Skill, ****************************************************************************************, 800-509-2605. Apparently they changed names since this occurred.
